Betws Family Centre provides a safe, non-judgmental, homely environment for families to meet others, for parents to receive mutual support and for children to gain valuable childhood experiences. The primary focus of the centre is to work with children and families to reduce stress, prevent family breakdown and support families to enable them to continue to live together in their community.

Labradors In Need are a dedicated team, with a love for the breed, from different areas of England & Wales, working tirelessly to find the right home for Labradors that find themselves looking for a new family. This could be cases of neglect or just a change in circumstance and through no fault of their own. We are a foster based rescue and rely on the kindness of volunteers all over the country.

Providing Day Care services for the Older People from the MultiCultural Communities within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey ~ and from Neighbouring Boroughs ~ particularly the provision of meals, social activities, and recreation for their health and wellbeing ~ as well as support and advocacy services for our Members, and on their behalf to their Carers (Family, Relatives, Etc).

Hands Up For Down's provides individual Speech and Language Therapy for members on a weekly basis. We also provide Physiotherapy and baby massage, and a range of inclusive activities throughout the year - as well as more general opportunities for members and their family to meet and develop support networks.

Our objective is to support young people and their families. We do this through a holistic preventative and intervention service into education, employment and training. Our core services are made up of mentoring, counselling, mediation/family group conferencing, supplementary school services and as a accredited National Open College Network training provider.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO THE POOR AND NEEDY OF CHESHAM, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. THIS WILL INCLUDE PROVIDING HOUSING TO CHESHAM RESIDENTS THAT HAVE MOVED AWAY BUT WHO NOW NEED TO RETURN TO THE AREA FOR FAMILY SUPPORT.

To provide a Winter Shelter for the homeless in Maidstone. This includes a hot meal and a social evening provided by a host of volunteers; a bed for the night and breakfast in the morning. During their stay, the Guest can obtain advice and help to find permanent housing, making contact with family members and assistance with other inter agency facilities.

With Love Emma was created to support patients and their families affected by a Brain Tumour diagnosis within England and Wales.

We aim to enhance and develop the education of children under statutory school age in a parent-involving community-based group. We aim to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for the children. We aim to work within a framework which ensures equal opportunity for all children and their families.

Chrysalis at Tynedale is a club for people with dementia and memory problems. The club includes their families and friends. Based at Unit 1 Dene Park in Hexham, Northumberland, it is run by trained volunteers.We organise a range of activities which, with volunteers support, enables each member to participate fully. Family and friends have the opportunity to join in with all our activities.

Caryford Hall provides affordable facilities in the Castle Cary/Ansford area for meetings, fairs, sports, educational, training and leisure activities and official purposes (community blood donation, polling station, emergency centre). It is also hired for private family functions and parties. A wide range of local organisations and individuals hire space in the premises to run their activity.

We provide support to children, young people and their families living in Wiltshire affected by bereavement.

HandMade Theatre creates performances, workshops and events for community groups and families across the UK. Working with schools, community groups and venues, HandMade works hard to deliver activities and experiences to all. HandMade work closely with Children with SEND, adults with Dementia, women and children fleeing domestic abuse to ensure access for all to high quality arts activities.

The activities we provide include a club for 6-11 year olds, Easter and Summer play schemes, family trips, rooms to hire and activities for adults such as zumba and an afternoon social for the over 50s.YPAC run sessions aimed at teenagers, a family support project called Happy Families and a community cafe/drop in every Friday in partnership with the volunteers from St George's.
