Our passion is to see God's Kingdom established in the Five Valleys Area. We aim to love and worship God, meet the needs of church and the wider community, see people become more like Jesus, journey together in fellowship as a family and reach out to those that don?t know Jesus yet and share the good news he has done in our lives.

We provide mental health support and suicide prevention services. We support families who have been bereaved by suicide. We have a twice weekly drop in center within the Basildon Borough for people who need support or are at crisis point.

We are a Pre-school for children aged between 2 and 5 years. We are currently registered for 77 children.We are based on an army camp and provide a service to army recruits and their families.We provide activities and resources appropriate to the age and stage of development for the children attending our playgroup. We are registered with OFSTED and follow the curriculum guidance.

Mission, campaigning and fundraising through prayer and action to provide Christian care for families in the UK and worldwide. Projects include prison work, hospital projects and providing holidays for families in need and supporting the work of Mothers' Union worldwide.

In May 2019 a group of parents decided to form a new autistic group called Puzzles. Based in Medway and covering Kent, we go out every Friday with our members to places such as bowling, skiing, tobogganing, cinema and much more. We aim to bring families together to share experiences, meet others and spend social time with others who understand them.

We offer and provide - advice and help to parents and carers - opportunities to meet other families with get-togethers, drop-ins and play meetings - a variety of social events and activities for all ages, such as parties, music, art and dance workshops and sporting events - regular conferences on all matters concerned with DS - newsletter. We raise the profile of the needs of people with DS.

We provide childcare and education for children in our community from 2 years-5 years. We are open to all children and families within an equal opportunities framework. Learning is promoted through play, developing good self esteem and values each child's individual strengths and interests. We are run by our parents committee and reinvest our income to provide for all children's needs.

To relieve people, particularly but not exclusively children, their families and carers, who have severe physical, mental or life threatening illnesses.

Our committed and caring volunteers, who are usually parents themselves, offer friendship and informal support to parents with young children under five during difficult times in their lives. They visit families at home and are friendly, approachable people who are relied on and trusted by parents to listen without being judgmental, and to respect the needs of each individual family

The Epworth Old Rectory is an Accredtied Museum that is open to the public to experience what it must have been like at the time the Wesley Family lived there and tells the story of this remarkable family which included John and Charles Wesley the founders of the Methodist Church. The house, which is an outstanding example of Queen Anne architecture, contains many artefacts to help tell the story.

Little Stars Baby Bank's sole purpose is to help families in need within Shropshire, by providing pre-loved donations of essential baby/children items such as clothing; moses baskets and nappies, as well as products needed for mother after giving birth. Monetary donations go towards brand new items that cannot be donated.We give this support to help give their child have the best start in life

CYF enables some of the most marginalised children and young people in Nottingham to be able to make incredible differences to their own and their community's lives and futures, through innovative and dynamic youth led projects, which provide new and exciting opportunitites which develop life and social skills and provide a place of safety.

We are a community-based charity, we have a charity shop in the heart of Willenhall, Coventry selling large, donated items like household furniture, electricals, toys, pictures and much more. We use the profits made from the shop to support our in-house food bank and to run our very own support system where a family, individual or local community center can ask us for assistance.

The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. The main activities that the charity has undertaken for the public benefit are: weekly public Christian worship services which include Bible teaching and singing. Additionally, since refurbishing the Grove Chapel building in Bensham we have held a number of family-friendly community welcome mornings.

Provide emergency food boxes to local people who have found themselves in financial crisis and unable to afford to buy food for themselves and their family.

The Raft Foundation is a crisis support foodbank providing individuals and families in Rossendale:- parcels of food for 3 meals a day x 7 days per person- essential household goods, e.g. nappies, toiletries- signposting to support with their causes of povertyWe deliver 3 days per week, every week, with the other days spent sourcing, collecting, sorting and packing donated food.

funky kids provides social and recreational activities to families effected by hearing loss preventing social isolation, improving health and well being and improving mental health. we hold large monthly themed events, we hold weekly support groups , coffee mornings and a parent and toddler group, we provide a monthly youth service and signing classes.

We provide opportunities for mainly young people to enjoy, learn about, understand and care for the natural environment. We do this by organising activity and study programmes for local schools, out of school visits, youth clubs, local families and special needs groups.

Rivers of Life Church gather together local people to care for one another. Activities this year have included working with youth, single parent families, travellers and the elderly. In 2007 we started a project to build the local community with regular breakfast gatherings in Marston, Oxford. This continues to grow and has been attended by local councillors. ?SICKLE CELL CARE MANCHESTER WILL STRIVE TO SUPPORT PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH SICKLE CELL DISEASE (SCD), THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN ORDER TO EMPOWER AFFECTED INDIVIDUALS AND TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. SICKLE CELL CARE MANCHESTER WILL ALSO WORK TO IMPROVE AWARENESS OF SCD,WE ALSO WISH TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF SCD, AND TO FOSTER ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE LIVING WITH THE CONDITION.?

Ardhmeria strives to increase the educational attainment of Albanian pupils in London by providing them with supplementary support classes. We also enhance the children's creativityand expression through mother tongue language support, art and dancing, parental support and family learning activities for 5-15 age group.
