As Friends of Priestthorpe Primary School we raise money through various activities. This is to provide the school with equipment, both in the classroom and for use outside in the playground.We are not only mums,dads and teachers who contribute to this organisation; we make sure that the extended family is involved with all our fundraising activities.

To advance the education of pupils at Colvestone Primary School by engaging in activities or providing resources which support the school and advance and enrich the education and opportunities of the pupils. Also by developing effective relationships between all members of the school community.

We are the parents and friends of the small primary school that raise funds to enhance the facilities for the children that attend. We do this by organising fundraising events such as fairs, craft activities, discos and raffles for the children and their families

The charitable trust was created by the will of Wilfred Jackson deceased. The object of the trust is to "give help and assisstance to families and individuals in and around the area of Malton and Norton in North Yorkshire who are in need of such assisstance by reason of poverty age illness infirmaty accident or analogue circumstances." Grants are made by the trustees from capital and income.
