The main activities this year have been to enable the Adults and Girls in the Division to experience the Fun, Friendship and Opportunities that GirlGuiding UK's programme has to offer.

The aim of Caverswall Scout Group is to provide fun, adventure and friendship through an exciting program of activities.We cater for a range of young people from able-bodied boys and girls to those who are disabled, disadvantaged or may have behavioural problems. It is our aim to cater for all young people in the community. We do not discriminate no matter what their background.

Support for Guide, Brownie units in Heaton Chapel by looking after the HQ

At Bethrat Khair Academy, we aim to provide learning classes for women at all ages. we teach Arabic language, the Tajweed science (Quraan), Nuraniah, and Islamic studies. Our academy holds weekly classes for women and girls. Monday to Sunday.class durations are 3hrs per class.We are based in NU base Upperthorpe.All women are welcome.

The charity operates a parented home for street children in Kiev and provides assistance to disabled children in the Ukraine. Th charity also works in Malawi and has worked with Medic Malawi to provide an 80 bed hostel for young girls.

Raises funds within the UK for the purpose of making grants to charities which operate in southern India. The grants are to support the education of children, especially girls, from impoverished and disadvantaged families and for the alleviation of poverty and sickness.

Training young people in self reliance, outdoor pursuits and public service

Provision of Scholarships and Bursaries for pupils at Dover College. In particular, through the Bostock Wheeler Scholarships, funding the education of a boy or girl whose mother or father or adoptive mother or father or any two them are deceased.

We are a Scout Group based in North Baddesley, which is between Romsey and Southampton in Hampshire. Our group is open to Boys and Girls. Training Ship Danae is are a uniformed youth organisation and a unit in the Sea Cadet Corps. We meet on two evenings a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.45 to 9.15 pm. Both girls and boys join the unit and we cater for ages 10 - 18 years. There is opportunity for young people to learn new skills and be part of a safe, disciplined learning environment based on Royal Navy traditions.

All types of camps and pack holidays for all Guides, Brownies as well as sleep overs for Rainbows. We have also had all sorts of training for both Leaders as well as courses for Brownies and Guides to name but a few things

The Roseberry Trust provides grants for holidays and day trips to children who live in the City or County of Nottingham and who are in receipt of free school meals

The Can Care Support Group provides financial support through the Can Care Trust in India for orphaned girls who live in a home situated in Jaipur. Money is provided for shelter, food, clothing, medical attention, education at local schools, and further education at university level. Support is also given for further education and medical care to older girls who have left the home.

To grant pensions to spinsters and widowed ladies of not less than 40 years of age as the Trustees select for this purpose and to assist such poor girls who are preparing for, entering or engaged in any trade, occupation or profession by the provision of tools, books, payment of fees, travelling expenses or such other means which will fit them to earn their own living or advance them in life.

Create local community engagement activities for young adult such as supplementary tuitions of Math, English & Science, Sports for girls and boys and parents IT studies.Using sports to help remove youth out of the street and to put them back into institutions of studies. Community integration of different ethnic cultures into UK culture.

Indoor and outdoor activities to challenge young girls between the ages of 10-15

Training boys and girls aged 10 to 18 to be responsible citizens using the traditions of the Royal Navy

The Obelisk Centre provides recreaional facilities in the actual building and playing fields.The facilities are available for use by a local football club providing training and social arrangements for boys and girls under 18 years of age. During the summer months a cricket club uses the facilities as does a local blind elevenThe facilities are available free of use by disabled organisations

All activities connected with Girlguiding UK. Training for leaders, meetings, activities for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Adults. Camps and holidays. Shop supplying books, badges and publications necessary for leaders to run units as well as uniform for all sections, issued by Girlguiding UK.

Varied activities for girls aged 5 - 18 under the programme provided by Girlguiding UK. Raising funds to rebuild and maintain our HQ building, completed Oct 2013.
