The choir promotes, improves, develops and maintains public appreciation in the musical arts generally and of choral music in particular. The choir makes donations to any charitable organisations that the committee may from time to time determine.

MISW is for the public benefit, the preservation & protection of good health among men in Winslow & surrounding areas, including those who are retired, unemployed or have health problems, through the provision of facilities for hobbies, recreation or other leisure time activities including practical interests, skills sharing, learning new skills & helping with community based projects.

Provide a meeting place for mainly men to socialize, to use Men's Shed workshop equipment to pursue own hobbies and interests and to work with other on community projects.

Newcastle Male chorus is dedicated to upholding the great choral tradition of male voice singing in the North East, through the study and practice of choral music in order to foster the public knowledge and appreciation of such music by public performance. It supports other charities and voluntary groups in the region.

Daily meetings in our Shed to make & repair things for fund raising. Occasional meeting are held in a local village hall to discuss matters allied to the organisation and chat over a cuppa. Attend many local events eg. fetes to sell goods made. Have social outings for meals, visits to attractions and receive speakers. Assist other charities with their fund raising events.

Provide and maintain a Village building for use by local groups, societies, individuals, public and private organisations to the benefit of all members of the local community.

The charity manages a hall erected in memory of 6 local men who gave their all during the second world war. A weekly whist evening by Committee Members. Regular hires include RAOB, 3 dance groups, and circuit training classes, brass band together with various other small groups. The hall is available for hire for other functions at other times including Saturday and Sunday.

We are a wheelchair rugby club. Wheelchair rugby is a sport for the disabled. Primarily tetraplegics or persons with upper and lower limb dysfunction. The club is open to all ages, male and female.We aim to provide an environment for the disabled to play sport for recreation or competitively.

Bella Cora is a small (25 member) female upper voice choir who perform in concerts, at weddings and competitions, and a variety of events in London and Hertfordshire. Our repertoire is extensive and we perform a range of musical genres including but not limited to classical, folk, musical theatre, madrigals, spirituals, pop, modern classical and ballads.All include accompanied and acapella music.

We are a consortium of male survivor services working together to better support male survivors of sexual abuse, rape and sexual exploitation in the UK. We provide a website for survivors and for survivor services, research and share information with other organisations and national bodies, raise awareness of sexual violence against men and boys and improve standards in support services.

To foster and promote the education of the general public in the appreciation of music in all its aspects and to co-operate with local authorities relating to the practice, presentation and study of music, in order to promote better and a more widespread performance of instrumental and choral work etc.

We operate a hobbies and craft workshop for men to come together, socialise and pursue practical projects both in the workshop and in the wider community

The object of the Choir is to further the cause of Choral Music for the Male voice by its study and practice and by its public performance in order to foster public appreciation of such music and for the public benefit. The choir performs public concerts at least six times per annum in the South Cumbria area and also occasionally in other parts of England and Wales.

We are a male voice choir who sing in the barbershop style.We have weekly rehearsals on a Monday evening in Kingsdown Church, London W13.We perform at 6-12 events per year. This is a mixture of ticketed and free-to-attend events.We have an open rehearsal policy, and run a Learn to Sing course about once per year. There is an audition process to join the chorus.

Lisvane Men's Shed is a community group with the aim of promoting men's health and wellbeing throughsocial interaction and practical activity. Men's Sheds are independent social groups helping men to shareskills, learn something new & make new friends. Lisvane Men's Shed aims to assist local men tocounter feelings of isolation and combat loneliness through woodcraft, friendship, chat and tea

Members are often involved in group projects or are free to undertake projects of their own. At present a lot of our time is taken up with improving our site and workshops.Using recycled pallets and other donated wood we make bird boxes, trugs and decorations for sale at local markets. We also undertake projects for the benefit of the community; at present we are renovating the old phone

We are a Sea Cadet unit serving Chichester and surrounding areas and a member of the Nation wide Sea Cadet Corps. We have volunteer uniformed and civilian male and female staff who train male and female Sea Cadets aged between 10 and 18 in the traditions and skills of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and the sea, including character and leadership training, canoeing, sailing and handling motor boats.
