Sharing Lives is a Christian charity that looks to share the love of Jesus with the community. Starting in Chessington and growing across Hook, Surbiton and Epsom, we run a befriending service and have a community garden and run a "Men's Shed" work.

To provide an annual pension. Pensioners shall be vulnerable females who reside in the Tadcaster Benefice. The Trustees should appoint up to 20 pensioners p.a. Should there be sufficient income remaining or insufficient pension applications during the year, then further applications from other vulnerable people in social need, will be considered.

The charity promotes the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of mainly but not exclusively older men who may feel isolated or wish to socialise in a relaxed but practical way. It provides opportunities for friendship and socialising in a safe environment; and provides the space, expertise and facilities for men to pursue hobbies, crafts and creativity anwhich benefits the local community.

Aim to provide members with a safe place to share skills, learn new skills and to generally promote social interaction in a friendly environment.We meet every Saturday at 30 Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP327AB.

We promote social inclusion by preventing men aged 18 or over in the area from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society, by providing facilities in which they can meet to undertake creative, physical or recreational activities, learn or pass on skills and knowledge, and support each other socially.

The objects shall be:1. to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the charity trustees see fit, 2. to further such charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit but in particular through the making of grants and donations.

We are a Welsh Male Voice Choir who rehearse twice a week and perform public charitable concerts to promote Welsh Male Voice choral singing. There are 30 members from a wide age group.

To promote the preservation and protection of Men's good health in the Bedford area for the public benefit. In particular but not limited to those who are retired, unemployed or have health problems through the provision of facilities for hobbies, recreation or other leisure time and practical interests, skills sharing, learning of new skills and help with community projects.

Provision of a workshop and facilities to enable mostly older men to socialise and do something productive together or for the benefit of the wider community.

A Men's Shed is a community project with the aim of promoting men's health and wellbeing through social interaction and practical activity particularly in retirement. This comprises of a communal workshop, based in Pembroke Dock, where the men can come together to work on individual or community projects, all within a safe and friendly environment.

Marchwood Men's Shed provide a space for people (not just men) to socialise, share skills and create. The shed operates from the Lloyd Recreation Ground in Marchwood. The members work on projects that benefit the wider community, including for schools, pre-schools, churches and the general public.

Provision of training under the auspices of the Royal Navy for young people (male and female) between the ages of 8 and 18 and training for spacialised courses as approved by the RN.

WE ARE A MALE VOICE CHOIR WHO LEARN MUSIC AND SONG TO ENABLE US TO SING IN CONCERTS TO HELP RAISE MONIES FOR OTHER CHARITIES, AND TO PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT AND MUSICAL APPRECIATION FOR RESIDENTS OF CARE HOMES AND OTHER GROUPS WITH SOCIAL NEEDS.

To campaign and raise awareness of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

Southern Union Chorus promotes and encourages the singing of four-part male-voice harmony in the Barbershop style. We aim to advance, improve, devlop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of the art of Barbershop singing. Income from public Sing-Outs provides donations to deserving Charities. We run annually a free 'Learn to Sing" course open to male members of the general public.

The Green Backyard is a vibrant community gardens open to everyone. We are passionate about health, wellbeing and sustainability. We host a market garden run by Project Abundance, we work also with individuals, site partners and groups from across Peterborough. On site we also host a refill shop, bike repair project, men's shed, children's groups and various educational workshops and activities.

objectives of the Charity are 1. To alleviate Social Isolation. 2.To encourage mainly Men to use their lifelong skill sets to mentor others. 3. Actively engage in & help with issues appertaining to mental heath.

To provide a place (and equipment) for its members to interact with others while participating in group, community, or individual projects. To assist its members in maintaining or improving their health and wellbeing by making new friends and enjoying working on a range of practical projects.

Singing training to male members, giving concerts to support other charitable and community based organisations.

THE CHOIR PROVIDES A FRIENDLY OPPORTUNITY FOR MEN IN SOUTH CHESHIRE TO SING SOME 10 CONCERTS PER YEAR. OFTEN, WE SING FOR CHARITABLE CAUSES. WIVES AND PARTNERS TAKE A FULL PART IN CHOIR EVENTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. WE ARE FORGING NEW CONTRACTS WITH OUR NEW AUTHORITY, CHESHIRE EAST. LINKS WITH TWIN TOWNS IN GERMANY AND POLAND CONTINUE.

The Waterlooville Men's Shed aims to promote social inclusion, particularly but not exclusively of older men, within the Waterlooville area and the surrounding area, through the provision of workshops, tools and equipment together with social activities where tasks for the local community, groups and individuals can be undertaken.

Provide sessions of access to share skills, interests, swap ideas pass on knowledge. Actively pursue hobbies & pastimes Work on projects for the community & develop a positive sense of achievement. Provide a safe place to go relax, discuss issues, share concerns.Use tools & equipment to undertake more challenging projects. Support others & promote general physical & mental well-being

Provides Scouting activities to young people, male and female, from age 6.5 years to 15 years.

Our Shed is about having fun, sharing skills and knowledge with like-minded people and gaining a sense of purpose and belonging, by working on projects for ourselves & the community.Work undertaken by our members includes making various Planters, Bird Tables & Boxes & Hedgehog homes in addition to carrying out repairs to a number of pieces of furniture and toys for members of the local community
