Provide advisory services in immigration, welfare, housing and social welfare targeted at unemployed and BAME communities. We run employment training courses and capacity building workshops and engage in development awareness activities to support the integration of people from our targeted communities. Work with partners in developing countries on empowerment activities.

Provision of quality training and childcare with a view to enhance further education and employment opportunities for people with mulpiple disadvantage such as ethnic minorities, refugees and women returnees in the local area

The organisation will endearvour to enable BME people to sustain a reasonable quality of life in the borough, at a level acceptable to them and minimise exclusion from the family and/or community due to a range of issues and language barriers.

The principle activity of the Body Action Campaign (BAC) is to provide positive activities and education for children and young people from ethnic minority and socially excluded backgrounds

COPE: Mental Health Foundation is a non-for profit voluntary organisation committed to working to provide quality and timely services, (not exclusively) for Black & Minority Ethnic (BAME) mental health services users, carers, lone parents and families in partnership with other organisations. The Community Contact Family Center (CCFC) is the foundation of COPE's work with young people and families.
