The object of the group is to promote the objects of the Riding for the Disabled Association . Operating from Lakefield Equestrian Center we provide disabled people with the opportunity to ride to benefit their health and well being.

1.Community service - helping the community of Easingwold. For the elderly we provide outings, organise parties and deliver fish and chips. We organise riding for the disabled. We also support local youth organisations and provide play equipment.2.Welfare helping needy individuals and groups.3. Fundraising - organising summer fayres, music competitions and santa sleigh collections.

We provide theraputic riding and carriage driving for adults and children with disabilities who can benefit from the activity-we have between 50 and 60 riders and drivers-we have 8 ponies-we rely solely on volunteer help but use a professional instructor for tuition.

Affiliated to the national Riding for the Disabled Association , Eridge RDA provides riding for disabled people, including children with learning difficulties from one local maintained special schools and also children with specialeducational needs attending mainstream schools.

Provide horse riding activities for disabled people from the age of 5 upwards in association with Riding for the Disabled Association. Activities take place in Allostock, Cheshire. Riders may be independent, from residential homes and (but not limited to) school groups

At Furness Group Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), our horses benefit the lives of disabled children and adults in the Furness area. PROVIDE RIDING FOR ABOUT 50 DISABLED PEOPLE IN SW CORNWALL, BY RUNNING 5 SESSIONS EACH WEEK DURING SCHOOL TERM TIME. RIDERS COME FROM SCHOOLS, DAY CENTRES AND INDEPENDENT HOMES. RIDERS MAY BE RECOMMENDED TO US BY A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER, CARE WORKER OR MAKE THEIR OWN APPLICATION. WE OPERATE UNDER THE GUIDANCE AND REGULATIONS OF THE NATIONAL UMBRELLA ORGANISATION, CHARITY NO. 244108.

Providing riding to adults and young people with special needs

A small charity which provides the opportunity for people with physical, sensory or learning impairment to horse ride and learn about horse management and care, along with opportunities for therapy and simply having fun.

Horse carriage driving for disabled persons

We provide supervised rides to disadvantaged adults and children. We have trained volunteers, who help out weekly, all of whom give their time freely.

Carriage driving for adults with disabilities based at Hillside Farm, Lockeridge, Marlborough, Wilts.

We give children and young people with disabilities the opportunity to ride a pony/horse.

Exercise, Therapy, Fun by providing disabled children and young people with opportunities to horse-ride or carriage drive to benefit their health and well-being. We aim to make horse-riding available, whatever their physical, sensory, or learning impairment and whatever their financial circumstances. Based in Nottinghamshire.
