RDA is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities, through the provision of opportunities for riding and/or carriage driving by 500 Member Groups, the charity enables people to improve their health and wellbeing, or to achieve their goals by riding and carriage driving. The National body promotes, supports and advises member Groups

We provide therapeutic, educational, recreational and sport riding for disabled people to benefit their health and well-being.

A voluntary organisation that provides personal development for children and young people through learning to look after and ride horses.The charity is open to all - irrespective of background or ability. Riders with special needs (including adults) who cannot be catered for through our mainstream activities participate through our dedicated Riding for the Disabled section.

We are an award-winning Riding For The Disabled Group based in Southwest London offering equine therapy: riding, carriage driving, hippotherapy and stable yard activities to hundreds of children and adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities, plus those with mental health issues and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

Provision of therapeutic riding lessons to around 300 disabled children and adults in one of the UK's largest equestrian centres purpose built for disabled riders. Set among 100 acres of fields and woodland, the Centre offers individual development, enabling clients to achieve skill and confidence in a safe, friendly and attractive environment.

The principal object of the charity is to promote the objects of the Riding for the Disabled Association

Provision of riding for the disabled people and for disadvantaged people living in the area of Middleton in Leeds, which is one of the country's most deprived areas. Coach driving is to be offered for the more seriously handicapped people. The equestrian centre is open seven days per week for 50 weeks of the year and also acts as an equestrian training centre to NVQ3.

To make equestrian sport accessible to people in the Essex area with disabilities for the benefit of their health and well being.

Cotswold RDA is so much more than just a riding school. It is a supportive community of riders, families, carers, schools, colleges, trustees, volunteers, staff and our herd of very special ponies. Over 200 adults and children with a wide variety of physical disabilities and learning difficulties take part in riding and other equine based activities each week improving their health and wellbeing.

The provision, to disabled children and adults, of instruction and practice in horse riding, stable management and carriage driving.

Education of local people and those with a learning or physical disability or who are socially or economically disadvantaged in agriculture and animal welfare, including education in farming, horticulture, conservation, basic maths, and communication skills and training in horse riding, including carriage driving and horsemanship. Registered for Riding for the Disabled.

We provide horse and carriage driving for disabled people to enable them to engage in both pleasure and competitive carriage driving under Riding for the Disabled Association rules

Providing horse riding for physical and mental therapy for children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities

The Unicorn Centre is a member group of the national charity Riding for the Disabled Association providing riding therapy and learning opportunities for disabled children and adults in the Tees Valley area. Our aim is to provide riding for people with disabilities in an inclusive, safe and supportive environment that will allow each individual to achieve their full potential.

We use horses to provide remedial & therapeutic sessions on a daily basis for disabled adults & children from Ipswich & East Suffolk area.By providing the opportunity to ride &/or carriage drive health & wellbeing is much improved.Our volunteer instructors work closely with Physiotherapists, Doctors & other health professionals to help our clients gain the maximum benefits from our activities.

Providing horse riding for people with disabilities

East Liverpool RDA covers Merseyside, St Helens Widnes and Warrington. We are run solely by volunteers and funded by donations and grants. We offer opportunities for children and adults with physical and learning disabilities to experience horse care and therapeutic horse riding and contact sessions. Our aim is to provide therapy through contact and horse-riding. We are run solely volunteers.
