We operate a nursery for children ages 2 - school age, 9:00am-12:00pm each morning, Monday - Thursday, during term time. And a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon session.

The centre provides an open access drop in service for families and young children and offers a range of activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, outings and visits to local places of interest and a Healthy lunch club. We also offer parenting courses, and invite external agencies such as Health Visitor, Speech and Language Therapist and Road Safety Unit to talk to parents.

The Charity operates to enhance the development and education of children under school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups, and by offering appropriate play, education and care facilities.

CHILDRENS PRESCHOOL LEARNING

Clwb Bwthyn Bach is a wrap-around childcare facility for pre-school and primary school children based within Ysgol Yr Esgob C of E Primary School.

Childrens playgroup

An Estyn registered playgroup, offering preschool childcare for children 2 and a half years of age up to 4 years of age. The playgroup is based in the village of Tavernspite and runs from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday excluding the first Friday of the month, school holidays and inset days.

Home-Start provides informal, friendly, confidential, non-judgmental and free support to families with young children through networks of trained parent volunteers. Home-Start Worldwide works worldwide through partnerships with local organisations to develop Home-Start schemes. In rich and poor communities, in 22 countries on five continents, Home-Start reaches out to families in need.

Hire of the hall to local groups ie Friendship Club,Mother and Toddlers Group, Indoor Bowls, Local dance group, Local band practice,Film shows, Fund raising activities ie Dances Quiz nights, and also the rental of two cottages to local residents Local Polling Station

Use of hall for village activities, including PCC meetings, mother & toddler, nursery & pre-school, pilates, yoga, karate, flower show, history club, cafe, parties, dog shows, weddings, film shows and country fair.

1) Aid delivery to children & families living on/around land-fill sites/rubbish dumps, surviving from scavenging. 2) Set up, management, funding & delivery of sustainable projects for the aforementioned beneficiaries including: Outreach, medical & nursery projects, WASH, day-care/education centres, mother & baby units. Delivery of aid & projects in last 12 months: Kenya and Uganda.

To refurbish and manage the previously abandoned Mottingham Community Centre for the benefit of the local community. To provide a supportive home for a pre-school to serve the needs of local parents. To further develop the use of the hall for the benefit of the community and further involve the wider community of Mottingham in the management of the hall.

Church Services and pastoral care. Youth Clubs. Coffee Mornings and occasional lunches for the older generation. Lace making Classes and Quilting Classes. Toddlers group.

Brynamman Public Hall is a community oriented venue offering various local facilities, recreation, a volunteering program and employment in the village of Brynamman. The Public Hall is open 7 days a week, operating as a full time 2 screen cinema with a broad programme of films, theatre, snooker hall, and space for community groups such as the local Cylch / nursery. Est. 1926.

Service North Blackpool, Bispham and Thornton-Cleveleys. Centre has two medium sized rooms and a large hall. The rooms by the local community with activities of chess, photography, various martial arts groups, slimming groups, toddlers groups, dance groups, charity groups, yoga groups, a community church. The Centre rents out its rooms; that is the only source of income.

Provides facilities for pre-school group and other local village organisations.

Mental health support for young people between the ages of 14-35 years old

Provision of resources to assist the establishment and on-going operation of volunteer-based music groups for families with young children.

Sunday services for Christian worship, family outreach, and Bible Teaching; weekly Parent and Toddler group, various children's/teenage outreach activities; various adult outreach activities; and weekly Bible study groups.

MORIAH BAPTIST CHURCH PRE-SCHOOL/PLAYGROUP known as 'the Group' has been established to aid the advancement of the education, including spiritual development, of children below compulsory school age and to provide facilities for recreation and learning for such children in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.
