As set out in the Constitution the objects of MCB are to provide transport facilities in Midhurst, West Sussex, and its neighbourhood (?area of benefit?) for people who have special need of such facilities because they are elderly, poor or disabled, people with young children or those living in isolated areas where there are no adequate public transport facilities

Hartwell Community Centre offers residents the opportunity to book the facilities for personal events such as birthday celebrations and other parties. It also offers an ideal location for the various user groups which currently include PreSchool Playgroup, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, WI, Tuesday Circle over 60s club, Hartwell Parish Council & Youth Club

We operate a community hall which is used by a wide range of groups, from toddlers to older people.

We are an Associate Library completely run by volunteers. We have a number of activities ie a knit and natter group, a golden oldie coffee morning, toddlers story time, a mental health group and a Russian speaking group who all have weekly meetings in the library.

Scouting for children aged 6 to 14 years

We provide and maintain a village hall in the small rural village of Great Dalby in Leicestershire, that offers a range of facilities to support community activities. Examples include a pre-school using the hall 5 days a week, a range of local clubs, that has reduced since coronavirus but includes table tennis and Yoga, as well hire for local functions and parking for the local school.

Active in the community supporting the WI and providing facilities for various community activities including Pre-School, WI meetings, Dance classes, Yoga, Martial Arts, Crafting, Wine Talks, Scout Group and community events.

Hall used by local groups - Playgroup, Sports, Parish Council, WI, Yoga, Aerobics, hire to public. Playing Field used for football training by local club.

Herrick Playgroup provides affordable childcare in the form of a playgroup for under 5s and we also have wraparound care for nursery age children. We also run a playscheme for 4 weeks in summer and a Breakfast and After School Club for 4-11 year olds of Herrick Primary School, on whose grounds we operate from a purpose built mobile.

We provide fun activities for children ranging from 6 years to 14 years, this is in Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. These activities can be craft based, games based and we also go out into the community on hikes, camps and walks. The children can also work towards badges individually or as a group that helps them gain more confidence with; team work, communication and confidence.

Social activities for members and community on the east side of the (Itchen), Southampton and also providing a pre-school (2-4 year old) and a breakfast and a afternoon (5-9 year old) .

PTA

Educating & caring for young children between 2 and 5 years of age in safe & secure surroundings.

We provide a village hall available for hire to individuals in and around the village. The hall is used for preschool group, table tennis, parish council meetings and parties and gatherings on a regular basis.

We are a PTA raising funds for donation to St Andrews School, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. Funds are raised by gift aid donations, annual fetes and a series of social activities.

Training through games and activities for young people from the age of 6 years to 14 years

The hall is used for a variety of village activities - for example, Toddler Group, W.I., Ladies Group, Dog Obedience Classes, Parish Council Meetings, Social Club and various village activities throughout the year, with numerous summer events which bring the whole village together. The hall has just been rebuilt and modernised to a very high standard.

We hire our halls for a variety of uses which benefit the local community, including Brownies, U3A table tennis, bingo, Weenies Toddler group, C'siders table tennis, youth activities, Slimming World, Weymouth Warlords Wargaming, Trainmaster and more. Local people can hire the rooms for one-off events and we actively promote community involvement in our planning and activities.

We sell tickets and passes to local attractions, hold Summer and Christmas fetes, book fairs, children's discos, provide refreshments and hold Mothers' Day and Fathers' Day sales. All the money we raise goes towards paying for activities or buying equipment for the children at Blenheim Primary School and Nursery.

To enhance the quality and conditions of life for the members of the community residing in the Parish of Mendlesham (the Mendlesham Community) by the advancement of amateur sport, education and health for the public benefit of the Mendlesham Community. This to include supporting the provision of recreational facilities, playing fields, playgroups, a community centre and other amenities.

The Pavilion is a community resource in North Kingston which is maintained on a voluntary basis by a group of trustees. It provides a venue for a wide range of regular activities including; Canbury Buttons (a mothers' and toddlers' group), yoga, a choir, charity away-days, a teenage cycling club and community meetings. It is also available to hire for children's parties, informal gatherings etc

We rent our building to Charfield Out-of-School and Charfield Pre-School and have improved the building to make it more suitable for that use. We provide for the maintenance of the building and pay utility bills. We have leased land to Castle School Trust for use by Charfield Primary School. We make small grants to support the wider educational needs of a few local children.
