Switchboard, the LGBT Helpline provides a telephone, instant messaging and email helpline service from 10am to 10pm every day of the year. We are a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing. We support people to explore the right options for themselves.

Our mission is to support migrants and disadvantaged Britons to access employment justice, and improve their social mobility. To achieve this we: (1) provide free and confidential legal advice; (2) provide training, tools, and public-facing resources that empower communities; and (3) publish robust research and policy recommendations, that challenge the root causes of injustice in the long-term.

The charity exists to advance education and learning in the administration and practice of the law and related disciplines, to maintain and preserve the heritage of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, to promote the sound administration of the law, and to promote diversity in the provision of advocacy and related legal services.

The provision of free, confidential, impartial and independant advice

Ealing Law Centre aims to provide free specialist legal advice and representation across all areas of social welfare law for people of limited means to help them overcome the obstacles they face in getting access to the legal system. We will take our services into the community and work with other charities and community groups to train staff and volunteers in legal issues to maximise our reach.

Pandora Project provides advocacy, information and support to victims of domestic abuse in Norfolk.

Haswell & District Mencap operate from a purpose built building in the heart of the community. Our main target group are people with a learning disability, their carers and the wider community. TASC The Ambulance Staff Charity is here to support present and past ambulance staff and their families in time of need. Our services are independent and confidential, and include psychological rehabilitation and counselling including stress and PTSD support; physical rehabilitation; financial grants; debt advice; welfare and other support; and bereavement support.

Advocacy/Advice providers

Greenwich Mencap works with and for people with a learning disability and their families. Our Children's services are: support with challenging behaviour, activity sessions (short breaks) and support surrounding the transition to adulthood. Our Adult services are: information, advice, advocacy, 1-1 support, travel training, job coaching, day services including handicrafts, gardening & painting.

The Heritage Alliance brings together over 200 independent organisations concerned with heritage in England, sharing their vast resource of specialised expertise for public benefit. We provide welfare rights and debt advice and casework assistance, and financial inclusion advice by home visit and telephone to Housing Association tenants in Merseyside, and to other residents of Liverpool, and training in welfare rights, debt and financial literacy to the general public.
