FREE REPRESENTATIONAL ADVOCACY SERVICE AT APPEAL TRIBUNALS & COUNTY COURT.. ON THE JOB TRAINING FOR RESIDENTS WHO ARE BOTH SOCIALLY & ECONOMICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE LABOUR MARKET.

The charity provides support for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning Difficulites and associated disorders, their carers and families through the provision of advice, advocacy,support, information and educational activities aiding them towards equal opportunities and social integrations. The charity also provides training to individuals and groups.

Self advocacy for people with learning disabilities and/or autism in the Dudley Borough council area. Supporting Dudley people to have their voices heard across the West Midlands. Hosting and overseeing the West Midlands Self advocacy network for the duration of the lottery funded project.

Provides emergency food parcels and clothing to families and individuals in need. The food parcels and clothing are issued in exchange for vouchers obtained from local welfare organisations such as Winchester City Council Citizens Advice Bureau, social services, churches, night shelter, probation service and housing associations.

The Bureau is established for the promotion of any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community of Gosport by the advancement of education, protection of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress. We achieve this by providing free, independent and impartial advice to the Gosport community.

Legal services in social welfare law, including advice, casework and representation in housing, immigration, welfare benefits and community care.

Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or learning difficulties (LDD) to live happy, independent lives and providing opportunities for them to have their voice heard. Key to this are our specialist advocacy, sport activities and user-led consultation and quality monitoring service offer to empower people with LDD and ensure they can access the same opportunities as everyone else.

We provide information, advice and advocacy support to people from ethnic minority and/or migrant backgrounds on a range of issues, including welfare benefits and housing. We work with people from over 40 different nationalities. We host community lunches that bring together service users, staff, volunteers and representatives from other service providers.

We as a charity and our supporters truly believe our services change and transform multiple lives for the better. Our organisation provides support and advocacy at the earliest opportunity to achieve the prevention of homelessness and the relief of homelessness within our city and beyond. We strive to provide what does not already exist and to maximise the utilisation of other available services.

To promote the relief and suffering caused by mental and/or physical ill health, or by social or economic circumstances among young people aged 11 to 25 years of age who live, work or study the London Borough of Hounslow. By establishing maintaining and developing a counselling, support and information service in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The church preaches and teaches the gospel at four Sunday services which are open to all the community and all ages including children and youth. It holds various mid-week meetings and courses, supports overseas missions and serves the local community via a Toddler Group, Debt Advice Centre, as well as a biweekly midweek service and by going into local schools and prisons.

Springboard provides playgroup sessions for pre-school children from birth to 5 years old with special needs, and a support and information service for parents and carers.

Local charity since 1999 (1094235), C.I.O. since 2013 (1152509) assisting disabled people in Cornwall. MCL works in five major ways: Individual and Personalised Support; Digital Skills Support; Accessible Transport using 2 adapted minibuses; Advocacy; Support for other small charitable groups.

The Children's Respite Trust provides respite for disabled children and support for their families. In doing so, the Trust first makes sure that families receive the state support to which they are entitled through its advocacy service before then arranging support through community based carers or day-care at the Trust's respite Centre.

Alternatives provides mental health and holistic wellbeing support to marginalised women, and by extension their families, living in Newham. We do this by offering free and accessible talking therapy, through advocacy support and community projects and by providing meaningful volunteering and employment opportunities.

To encourage and support public participation with the work of Worcester Art Gallery & Museum, The Commandery and Worcestershire County Museum through advocacy, publicity and the granting of donations and gifts for the purposes of developing the collections and furthering the work and activities of the museums.

We exist to provide a range of services to support local residents, including legal and welfare rights advice and advocacy, services for young people with special needs, daycare and activities programmes for the elderly, a local newsletter, an environmental project, education advice and advocacy, mobility trike hire, and signposting to nine partner organisations who use our facilities.

PROVIDE INFORMATION, FRIENDSHIP, SUPPORT WHEN PARENTS FEEL ALONE OR NEED ADVICE. ADVOCACY PROVIDES PATIENT VOICE TO HELP GUYS & ST THOMAS'S NHS TRUST SHAPE SERVICES FOR CHD.

Saving Faces aims to reduce the incidence of oral cancers, injury and disfigurement by leading and promoting research into the prevention, causes and treatment of these conditions. We fund the National Facial, Oral and Oculoplastic Research Centre, the National Head and Neck Audit, a patient-to-patient helpline, the Saving Faces Diagnostic Advice Service, PhD studentships and clinical fellowships.

The principal activities of the Charity are to provide a free, confidential and impartial advice service and information to the public.

Gateway Church meets for worship and teaching at the Gateway Centre. It also runs activities for the local community such as: drop-in cafe for over 65's, parent & toddler groups, an after-school club, community nursing service, debt advice services & the distribution of food from York Foodbank. The Centre also houses the offices of different charities whose work supports the local community.
