PROVIDING ADVOCACY, ADVICE,TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINISTERS AND LAY PERSONS; INFORMATION FOR CIRCUITS IN THE DISTRICT. GIVING FINANCIAL AID TO CIRCUITS AND ORGANISATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE METHODIST CHURCH.
