The trustees are organising a shop to raise funds for nominated charities. They will undertake any activities considered necessary to support local charities.

The Holmewood House School Shop was established to advance the education of children and young people, and to prevent and relieve poverty for the public benefit. In alignment with our objectives, the Charity provides grants to organisations, located within the United Kingdom as well as in other underdeveloped or developing countries, which are focused on empowering disadvantaged children.

The site is a candidate for World Heritage Status. At present the charity provides a cafe and guest shop for visitors, accommodation for conferences and party bookings, historical tours, maintaining the site for access to the public on free entry. The activities of the charity will seek funds from sales, donations, concerts, arts exhibitions and events, public lectures, property and bequests.

The charity provides young people with learning difficulties, mainly from the Jewish community, by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes as a means of: advancing in life; advancing education; advancing education; providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of their social welfare. The charity has set up a gift shop where these young people can work.

Midhurst Community Hub is a "one-stop-shop" advice centre for people coping with multiple problems to do with debt,benefits, housing issues, utility companies, Blue Badge/PIP forms etc. It is run by local volunteers for local people. The Hub is based in the Library at the Grange Community centre but with "spokes" linking to over 30 specialist providers in the public and charity sectors.

From the proceeds from our charity shop in Keighley we support between 20 and 40 orphans with school fees and food every year. Every year we send 20ft worth of items to Zimbabwe. We have provided books to Mpfurudzi Primary school with reading books and computers and we have donated towards construction of a library. We are currently raising funds to build a children's home and learning centre.

Drop-in facilities, Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm for with cafe for light refreshments. Coach outings are arranged on a regular basis throughout the year. Small Charity Shop to help raise funds open Monday -Friday at drop-in centre.Free Christmas Lunch provided for 125 elderly residents of Warsop and the surrounding villages each December.

Organise various fundraising events/activities throughout the year including a well supported Summer Fayre, family events such as chocolate bingo at Easter & Christmas. Host film nights, cake bakes, fashion show evenings etc. Run end of term events such as School Discos & Non-uniform days for all year groups. Offer pre-loved uniform rail throughout the year & seasonal item pop up swap shops.

WE ARE A HOSPITAL LEAGUE OF FRIENDS. WE RAISE FUNDS MAINLY THROUGH A SHOP SELLING DONATED SECOND HAND ITEMS (ALL STAFFED VOLUNTARILY), AND SUPPORT THE TYRELL HOSPITAL PATIENTS OR OUTPATIENTS AND THOSE ATTENDING ANY LOCAL CLINICS BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT/ITEMS FUNDING PROJECTS OR TRAINING.

Yeovil ShopMobility is a scheme providing powered and manual equipment to enable people with mobility impairment to shop and get out and about. Anyone with limited mobility can use ShopMobility whether through permanent or temporary disability, illness, accident or age. This equipment is available for daily or long term hire.

Kilmeston Village Hall provides a social focus for the village of Kilmeston, which has no shop, school or pub.

We are the fund raising team of a local village school. We (a small group of local parents/grandparents) run events like summer and Christmas fairs, school discos, secret shops and movie nights to raise money for our school to cover the vital items that government school funding does not cover.

The management and maintenance of the Llangynwyd Village Hall to provide a community hub with a coffee shop & lending library. The objects are to promote charitable purposes generally, and, in particular, the inhabitants of the Upper Wensleydale Benefice and for the general purpose of such charitable bodies as the trustees may decide. We also aim to provide three affordable homes for rent in perpetuity for local people as determined by specific criteria, a shop, and office space for community use at a reasonable rent.
