TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECURE AND CAREFULLY DESIGNED SOFTWARE AND TO PROMOTE PUBLIC EDUCATION THEREIN; (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED DISCIPLINES AS WELL AS TO PROMOTE GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE IMPACT OF SOFTWARE ON SOCIETY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.

For the public benefit, to promote and protect the physical and mental health of young people engaged in sports clubs and sporting environments at all levels, with a focus on club rugby through making grants to support mental health work, related issues and initiatives and working with other organisations and partners to raise awareness of mental health, provide insight and support improvement.

The Cibus Foundation promotes ecosystem restoration and sustainable development by funding scientific research, education, health and nature-based solutions across all aspects of our food system. It awards grants to organisations working on biodiversity, soil and water, health, regenerative agriculture, better food and public access to nature.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE GRANT MAKING TO PROMOTE ACTION RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND EVIDENCE-BASED DEVELOPMENTS WHICH IMPROVE TEACHING, LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP BY DEVELOPING COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS OF SCHOOLS AND OTHER PROVIDERS FOR CHILDREN UP TO 11 YEARS OLD IN MULTIPLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING SPECIAL SCHOOLS AND EARLY YEARS PROVIDERS.

A range of activities including social events, uniform shop, raffle and fair enables us to advance the education of DHJS pupils by developing relationships between staff, parents and others and by making financial donations to the school.

The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship in the UK and the world, specifically in Pakistan, Turkey, Lebanon and Africa, by providing grants to organisations and individuals for the provision of emergency aid, education, training, healthcare projects and the provision of all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self sufficient

To help focus our work and measure our impact, we will focus our grant making in the following areas -1. The advancement of education of young people within the ages of 16-25 years in the UK;2. The advancement of education by supporting education initiatives at schools, colleges and universities;3. Working in partnership with like-minded charities.

Tynedale Lions act to support the local community both by the provision of grants to community organisations and charities active within its area and directly assisting them in their activities. A "Men's Shed", targeted at relieving isolation of men within the area, opened in March 2019. Support also offered to Lions Club International Foundation humane initiatives in disaster areas.

Helping people experiencing loneliness and social exclusion by providing volunteering and employment opportunities through the preservation of historic wooden canal boats, boat recycling trips and a charity shop. Offering wellbeing breaks for disadvantaged people and those with depression or mental illness. Preserving traditional boat building skills and the heritage surrounding these boats.

Pharaoh's Dream Trust, founded in 1996, makes hardship grants to individuals and to organisations having similar objects to its own. Over the past 8 years, the charity has provided support to a community in Kahawa West, Nairobi, Kenya, in respect of grants towards the refurbishment of premises used as a primary school, running costs and emergency relief (food and potable water).

DfG UK operates under the umbrella of Days for Girls International (DfGI). DfG UK has over 20 active volunteer sewing teams, dedicated to the DfG mission and to supporting menstrual health locally and globally. Their efforts include advocacy and awareness raising, fundraising, sewing and donating DfG Kits, facilitating menstrual health education, and building local community partnerships.

Zenith Youth Theatre Company have been producing youth musical theatre in Bath since 1963. During this period Zenith has provided many opportunities for teenagers, from a range of backgrounds, to develop skills and confidence. We have an open access policy and to be a member of Zenith the young cast are not required to audition their acting or singing skills.
