The Charity's objects ("the objects") are:1) To advance the education of the inhabitants of North West of England.2) To provide facilities in the social welfare for recreation and leisure with the objectives of improving the condition of the life of inhabitants.

The promotion of any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community currently known as Blackburn and its immediate neighbourhood, and in particular, the advancement of education, the protection of good health, both physical and mental, and the relief of poverty and sickness.

To administer the recreation grounds associated with the Church

Raise funds for charitable courses and provide manpower for charitable events e.g. stewarding at charity events.

Provides buildings / facilities/ open spaces to children / young people

The provision of prizes for candidates sitting examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute within the area administered by the British Insurance Brokers Association, Greater Manchester & West Pennine Region.Such prizes to be awarded to the candidates attaining the most meritorious record in completing the said examinations.

Provision of public park or recreation ground

Supports Armed Forces Veterans and their families with a variety of issues: homelessness, metal & physical health, employment, benefits, pensions, debt management, isolation, veterans'. Provides a 'sign-posting' service and funding to support organisations to achieve common Charitable aims.

Religious. Meet last Sunday of each month excluding Bank holidays and Christmas.Due to lack of support from the regular members and not enough funding all meetings are on halt.

We provide services, advice and support to the community/regions in all aspects of Specific Learning Difficluties.

Helpline, information, advice and support for individuals and families affected by ADHD and associated conditions throughout the north west.Outreach support, workshops and programmes for parents (predominantly but not exclusively within Lancashire).Information, advice, and training for professionals/support workers.Multi-agency working groups, lectures and conferences
