We hold educational talks on various aspects of medicine and surgery - open to the public and advertised on our website. We also publish online a medical journal

Education/Training

The objects are to apply the trust fund at such times and in such a manner to or for the benefit of such exclusively charitable objects or purposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit.

the activities undertaken were to support and help those charities which had been involved with, and affect the lives of, the staff of Nexus Infrastructure plc and its subsidiaries. The staff wanted to show their appreciation for the help they had received and to raise money to contribute to these charities. The charities to benefit from the trust are nominated by the staff.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST DISABLED PEOPLE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED AND WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRAIN AND BECOME EMPLOYED, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.

Organise general PTFA fundraising events / hold community events for the school. This can include school disco's, summer fete, chistmas fair's, film nights, mothers/fathers day material.

To develop relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.To engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending the school.To assist in provision of items or services for education at the school.

Manage a period house museum

The charity has continued to successfully support scientific research into the biology of VEGF at the MVRL. This has been primarily by the provision of resources for pump priming and technical support.

Grants for religious education

We raise vital funds to help enhance our children's education. Funds are raised through events such as, school discos and summer fairs to smaller things like cake sales. The money raised is for the school and benefits all the pupils who attend there, as well as the wider community when larger events are organised. We try to ensure that a community feel is created by the events we carry out.

Providing prayer and other social meetings and support for Christians in the workplace

The aim of the Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as indididuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national, and international communities

Friend's of St Werburgh's Primary aims to raise funds for the educational development of children at the school.

Provide for people of Orthodox Jewish Faith their preparation and burial , and support of their next of kin.It also maintains 3 burial grounds within and outside Bristol. (1 historic and closed, the others usable.)
