Our expertise is in providing supportive or additional communications over area where traditional telecommunications either fail to work or are unreliable

FUNDRAISING TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE SCHOOL

Our charity will be identifying students and train and support them in missionary work to advance the Christian faith. Also undertake additional work that will benefit people who are suffering under difficult circumstances be it financial or personal, and assist and encourage them in starting a new life.

Friends of St Keyna Primary School arrange social/fundraising events for pupils, parents/carers/relations, staff, governors and friends to enjoy and support, often reaching out to the local community. Any money raised is then put towards enhancing the school environment and extension activities which promote learning and development.

The provision of accomodation for missionaries and Christian workers on leave or in need of help in emergencies and the support of other Christian societies and workers.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 256th Christchurch Hengrove Scout Group give young people of South Bristol the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

To disburse funds at the discretion of the trustees primarily benefiting charitable organisations in the Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset area in accordance with the Constitution.

CHORAL SINGING

We do a variety of fund raising events to enable us to purchase items for the children which school funds would not be able to meet. We also hold fun events for the children such as christmas parties and video nights.

Provides space for several groups to carry out their social and educational activities

Advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The advancement of the Christian religion by propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ in accordance with the tenets of Celestial Church of Christ through evangelism, education, training and holding regular Church services 3 to 4 times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The entertainment of the public through organised choral concert performances focussing on widening the appreciation of choral music and on fund raising for other charities and good causes. Operates primarily, but not exclusively, in Somerset, North Somerset and the adjacent counties including South Wales.

CREATING AND SUSTAINING SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS. FUNDING CURRICULUM PROJECTS IN PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS IN MASINDI. ENABLING TEACHERS FROM BOTH COMMUNITIES TO SHARE AND DISSEMINATE GOOD PRACTICE.

Give holidays to children with life threatening illness.

The purpose is to promote the efficiency of The Rifles by maintaining contact between past and present members, including those from former regiments. The Association fosters esprit de corps, comradeship and welfare. Control is exercised through Association Branches within the County of Somerset and the City and County of Bristol.

Annual Achievement Awards. Support for black governors and BME teachers and staff BME library project. To provide an arena for the parents of Black children to be empowered, represented and supported on educational issues.Providing information, support and training on education issues and legislation.

Organise and promote monthly rider training activities under the IAM RoadSmart advanced rider course.Organise other rider development opportunities for members beyond the initial course.Hold bi-monthly group committee meetings.Organise & attend promotional activities to further the aims of the Group and IAM RoadSmart- to which we are affiliated & partner with local road safety organisations.

To up-lift the Thamil community living around Bristol and surrounding area through education, employment advice and social inclusion. To integrate Thamil society living into British way of life by providing various training classes, employment oriented courses, mental and physical health development, children activities, cultural activities and lectures.

Baggator, founded 1999, offers a safe, friendly environment for its diverse local community. Collaborating with the community, it runs innovative programmes including Health, Arts, ICT, Cultural Exchanges, and STEM Projects. Where appropriate it supports local groups.

The provision of public worship services which include sung praise, prayer, the reading of the Scriptures and the preaching of God's Word. The observance of Communion and Baptism. Midweek Bible study & prayer meeting.
