The principal object of the charity is to support Charities and Organisations that assist people who have sufferedfrom the lack of justice, fairness , freedom and equal opportunities.

The relief of sickness and the preservation of good health for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively in the UK and Bulgaria, and other parts of the world as the trustees see fit, through the provision of free medical and dental screening programmes and the production and distribution of health educational materials.

Give grants to other charities and match Monster Energy drinks employees donations to other charities that the Trustees deem to be in accordance with Monster Energy Cares charitable objectives

Development and sharing of International Best Practice relating to management of the local environment, including through an Awards process.

During the year we raised a further £250 and made financial awards to two students, one studying for an MSc Micropalaeontology at the University of Birmingham, and one on a one week long specific course about Ostracods in Jena, Germany. The latter was unable to attend due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, so the grant will roll over

Establishing a surrogate granny (Baba in Bulgarian) program for orphaned children to enable the Babas to provide care attention and education on a one to one basis four hours a day on five days a week.

The Chris Shoesmith Global Foundation helps both backpackers and their families, we do this by giving honest help and advice as to any dangers that can be encountered whilst travelling. We also assist backpackers and their families should something go wrong such as; muggings, loss of any possessions, missing persons abroad and also bereavements.
