Furtherance of education, the ethos of the charity is to promote 'Mutual Assistance' where by one marginalised group assists another to the mutual benefit of both Groups. The 'Modus-operandi' is to work with other charities in order to avoid the duplication of scarce resources. Where ever possible accounting principles such as opportunity costing, economies of scale and synergy are applied
