The Charity provides two rapid response vehicles to the local ambulance trust. Manned by volunteers, this asset can be dynamically positioned to where there is a need in Lincolnshire. The asset enables advance life saving skills to be utilised before a front line ambulance arrives. Emergencies ranging from breathing difficulties, chest pains to multiple vehicle RTCs are covered by the volunteers.

The charity is established for the advancement of Christian religion, teaching, repair of churches, relief of the aged, poor and impotent of any denomination, for the advancement and propagation of education and the provision of facilities for recreation chiefly relating to Northamptonshire. The charity holds various investments and receives income from them. There are no other activities.

We run a children's club meeting 6 -7 times a year for hearing impaired children (age 0 - 18) and their families. We run family activity days and trips. We are entirely self funded. We are associated with the National Deaf Children's Society.

Help members, patients and their families affected by disease, primarily that of the liver and genetic defects affecting the liver by helping to educate patients; liaising with medical staff dealing with liver problems at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital or another healthcare facility and to help the hospital by paying for necessary medical instruments.

We fundraise to provide events, support and resources to pupils and staff that could not otherwise be provided by the school. Our fundraising events include a Fireworks event, Summer Fete, Easter Bingo, Lottery Club

We have organised two fundraising events in the fourth year of Megan's Challenge.In May we held our first 10K Fun Run/Walk which took place round the village of Gayton, Norfolk. Following track and road. Our chosen charity for this event was The Norfolk Hospice - Tapping House. In September we held our second Butterfly Ball to raise money for Megan's Challenge
