Wistow Village Hall is a facility provided for the use of village residents and the surrounding area. The Hall Management Committee organises events as social activities for the local community and to raise funds for the maintenance and improvement of the village hall.

To assist senior, lonely, housebound and frail citizens, to form a common meeting ground for representatives of local voluntaary organisations engaged in service to the community, to provide a means of exchange of information and ideas betwen organisations and foster mutual co-operation between them, and to make available for letting the property of the charity.

THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE STRETHAM OLD ENGINE AT STRETHAM, NEAR ELY, IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE, AND TO ADMIT MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO VIEW THE ENGINE AT SUCH TIMES AS CAN BE SUITABLY ARRANGED.

We organise fund raising activities to raise money for the restoration, repair and improvement of the church of All Saints Castle Camps.With events like Open Gardens, Plant Sales, Barbeques and Quiz's etc. We also run a Draw Club.

The management and upkeep of Covington Village Hall for the use by inhabitants of the village for meetings lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time. This includes organising fund raising events to support the maintenance of the Hall

Promote the Hereford cattle breed and pedigree breeding of the cattle. Organise workshops for new members to enhance their skills in exhibiting at agricultural shows, help and advice for members on the breeding and requirements for beef production etc. Providing sponsorship at agricultural shows with prize money and advertising members herds etc and providing breed information to general public.

RAISING MONEY THROUGH SOCIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE VILLAGE AND USING THAT MONEY TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO CARE FOR THE LOCAL CHURCH (GRADE II* BUILDING) AND IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Finacial assistance, especially to the young and elderly, living in the parish of Fulbourn.This can take the form of assistance with the cost of school trips, music lessons, school uniform. Or for the elderly, help with the cost of fuel bills, transport to hospital.

24 INNER WHEEL CLUBS MAKE UP DISTRICT 7, WHICH IS PART OF THE ASSOCIATION OF INNER WHEEL CLUBS IN GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND. THE DISTRICT RAISES FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BOTH AT A CLUB AND DISTRICT LEVEL, BY ORGANISING SOCIAL EVENTS IN AID OF SPECIFIC CHARITIES.

To develop more extended relationships between the staff, parents & others associated with the school. To engage in activities which support the school & advance the education of the pupils. We fundraise to provide equipment & experiences to the children that they wouldn't have due to school budget cuts or home background, through cake bakes, our bookshop, discos, family fun nights, egg hunts.

Fund raising to support for Townley Primary and Pre-school

The trust makes awards to young people in Cambridgeshire (aged 13-19) to help finance short expeditions with purpose, or home-based activity, thereby commemorating the life and work of Henry Morris who pioneered community and lifelong education.

Kelshall Village Hall together with the Church provide the only meeting facilities in the Village. The Hall is regulary let out to Toddler Group, Keep Fit, Musicians, Family Celebrations, Parish Meeting and Fund Raising Events.

Provision of village green/public open space

Woodwalton Village Hall is a small hall located in the Cambridgeshire countryside with the nearest main town of Huntingdon located approx 8 miles away. The hall is operated by Trustees and is available for hire to everyone, subject to terms and conditions of a hire agreement. The Trustees aim is to bring a variety of interests into the village to enrich ours and the surrounding communities.

Provides funding to maintain the structure of Yelling Church

The foundation fund raises and helps charities within the UK as agreed by the trustees and in line with our founding principle of supporting charitable organisations that were either close to Fiona' s heart or from which she benefitted in her lifetime . For example we provide grants by way of scholarships to female undergraduates in chemical engineering at Newcastle University.
