The K Woods Foundation is a Wirral based Charity providing support to individuals living with Dementia, and their carers. We provide a drop-in social support group, this is our ACES Group. The group provide free activity and cognitive engagement and support for both the individual with dementia, and their carers. Through this service we can assess the provision of short respite breaks if required.

IF YOU QUALIFY FOR HELP, AND WE HAVE THE FUNDS, THEN WE GIVE SUBSIDIES TO HELP PEOPLE LEARN TO DRIVE. WE MAINLY WORK IN THE PARISHED RURAL AND SUBURBAN AREAS OF CHESTER.

To relieve the needs and social isolation of elderly people in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas by the provision of a hub to enable beneficiaries to come together and share knowledge, company, refreshments and leisure-time pursuits.It encourages getting out and mixing with others who are like minded, preventing social isolation as well as promoting health and wellbeing.

In the interests of the protection and conservation of the environment of Merseyside and the promotion of wider sustainability issues, MET engages in the following activities: organising events, meetings, educational opportunities, fundraising, awarding grants, provision of knowledge and expertise and working in partnership with other organisations.

We promote the Christian faith through regular times of collective worship, Bible teaching and prayer. We run social action groups and initiatives to support members of our community, in particular children and young people, Families and the over 55yrs.We offer pastoral support and practical help for those in need, and raise money for aid projects in other parts of the world.
