Betty Cadbury Trust holds no money. It owns 'Betty Cadbury Collection of Playthings Past' and liaises with National Trust who house and look after collection within their 'Museum of Childhood', Sudbury Hall, Derbyshire. Trustees endeavour to ensure that collection is well conserved and displayed, used for education and research and to agree loans of objects.

The restoration of this heritage aircraft the Turbulent G-APNZ this is of historical interest not just because this single seater aircraft is the only aircraft that a member of the Royal Family has ever flown, the Duke of Edinburgh, also that this particular aircraft falls within the middle of the aeronautical history with that of the Wright Brothers and today?s modern crafts.

We now engage the wider community extending our activities in the area of improving the environment in Temple Normanton. We recently involved the whole school in planting 12,000 spring bulbs in the woodland area situated in the centre of the community. This activity included the involvement of the school and the PC. We plan to further enhance and improve woodland area making it accessible to all.

Cast Trust use worklessness programmes, community events, communications and activities to envision, equip, enable and empower local communities and seek local solutions to local issues.

The object of the society is the education of the public in the various arts & sciences connected with the horse & pony, and the use & management thereof, and the society may help & encourage riding, breeding & the general welfare of horses & ponies in Derbyshire.

Aim: To advance education and relieve unemployment in Nottingham, Derby, Nottinghamshire and Derbushire/surrounding areas by providing avice and training to help prepare those entering the job market and by working with employers and other key partners to orivide assitance to find employment. Providing careers advice, job coaching and careers action planning along with promoting apprenticeships.

The Charity continues to fund raise for the Heart of Staveley project.
