The charity is aimed towards deprived families within the derwentside area this can be families we are involved with in a work capacity past and present although any family can join activity numbers permitting. the activities provided by the charity are summer trips usually 4 or 5 throughout july-september .

Supporting the families of children with Epilepsy or other similar neurological conditions. In particular those with complex health needs, cerebral palsy and PMLD by:Organising family activity and support events.Loaning vital equipment including video monitors.Providing support and information through our website and facebook page.Working to raise awareness of epilepsy in children.

Promoting the interests and welfare of Students at St John's College during their course of study and representing, supporting and advising students. Being the recognised channel between Students and St John's College and any external bodies. Providing social, cultural, sporting and recreational activities and forums for discussions and debate for the personal development of its students.

We work with young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and with vulnerable and socially excluded people in County Durham. Services and interventions are provided to support vulnerable people into independent living through pre-tenancy work, provision of supported accommodation, counselling, information advice and guidance, floating support and education and training.

The right holding of public meetings for worship. Regular meetings for church affairs in all the constituent meetings for the area as a whole. Our representatives to Meeting for Sufferings and the Quaker Life Rep. Council and other committees have participated in the affairs of Britain Yearly Meeting, including over sight of our centrally managed work.

To provide play facilities for young people of Fishburn

To promote the well-being of the community in areas of health, environment, law and leisure, and any other area(s) that will help in fulfilling the quality of life of the community of Pont and District.

The charity was set up to project manage the the refurbishment and improvement of the play facilities which included the grounds and equipment known as Copley Play Area for the benefit of the children in the parish. This included obtaining funding for the project and the continuing maintenance of the grounds and equipment. The trustees are the parish councillors.
