The Shinewater Field in the North Langney area of Eastbourne is available to all as a public green space. The Club exists to provide a focus for the young people of Langney for sports or leisure activities on the field and in their community. Football, cricket, volley ball are the main choices but the Club promotes responsibility, commitment and inclusion in any activity.

To protect and enhance the visual and historic environment and setting of the town of Rye and its surrounding area, to improve the quality of life for residents, visitors, businesses and their employees, to stimulate public interest in the area, promote high standards of planning and architecture and secure the preservation, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest.

The society is a conservation society particularly created to protect the conservation area of Burtons' St Leonards. It monitors all planning applications for the area and spearheads campaigns when necessary. It also encourages high architectural standards for any new developments. It operates an exhibition from its premises, provides education and advice to property owners.

Rother Responders are a team of volunteer Community First Responders based in the Rother area of East Sussex, trained to respond to emergency calls through the 999 system in conjunction with South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb).By being based in the community, we can be on scene very quickly and in the vast majority of cases arrive before the ambulance.

The Hastings and Rother Arts Education Network seeks to help redress the balance of diminishing cultural resources in schools. The Charity exists to run the Adur and Hove Stroke Club. This club is run exclusively by volunteers and meets once a week on Friday afternoons to provide a social opportunity to its members who have suffered a stroke and may otherwise be housebound. The club also provides refreshments and is able to offer transport and excercise to those members who wish to take advantage of this facility.

The principal objects of the trust are to help advance the Christian faith worldwide, to relieve those in need in the United Kingdom and elsewhere and to support other charitable objects as the trustees shall determine. Donations are generally given to a local church fellowship, other local Christian work, Christian workers within the UK and for charitable training and resources.
