Receive and distribute monies from trusts created many years ago for the benefit of the poor and needy of the Parishes of Rotherfield and Crowborough in East Sussex.

Relief of poverty for Eastbourne Borough residents.

(a) Provision of grants to those people of Hastings who wish to emigrate to Commonwealth countries (the Emigration Fund)(b) Provision of grants for the purchase of artefacts for the Hastings Museum (the Museum Fund)

The object of the trust is to apply its income for the repair, maintenance and improvement of Burwash Village Hall.

Grants are available to members to study on Denman College virtual courses or attend other educational activities in East Sussex in the form of bursaries.

To provide a regularly changing selection of adult fiction and non-fiction books including large print editions, to be borrowed by any member of the general public for home reading. Facilities are available on 1 1/2 days per week, with no joining fees or any other charges.

Encourages interest in, and practical participation in, astronomy and related scientific subjects by holding meetings and practical demonstrations to which the general public are invited.

The charity's funds are applied in Hastings and Pett for such charitable objects in connection with the Roman Catholic church of St Mary Star of the Sea in Hastings and its Chapel in Pett as the trustees see fit.

Provision of camping facilities for Christian groups

We are the Parents Association of the Laughton Community Primary School. We raise funds to support the childrens learning and fun at school, where this is not supported by the government.

Advancing public education and knowledge in archaeology and in Britain's history and historic environment in the area covered by the historic counties of Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

The aim of the charity is to assist young members of the Sussex Army Cadet Force but the trustees have no direct contact with the beneficiaries.

To uphold the values of Christ and serve our comunities in any way we can through the arts ,music and social services that will improve the life of the people of Eastbourne and any others we can . To provide a safe place for people of all ages to meet together for varied activities to help them to improve their standard and quality of life.

We provide 4wd transport to bodies who require it, in adverse conditions or in times of community resilience requirements, to preserve human life and property. Vehicles are fully maintained, equipped and suited for purpose, and all drivers and support crews are trained to set standards before being available for deployment. These standards of training and vehicle maintenance checks are recorded

General school fundraising: Christmas, Summer and Easter fairs.

To fund seasonal meals arranged by local charities and attended by the elderly and carers and to enable local residents to visit the theatre with carers in attendance.

Swimming session for the Disabled based in Mid Sussex

To relieve persons suffering injury or illness in the area covered by the South East Coast Ambulance Service by the provision of emergency medical care.
