To promote good citizenship and greater participation in the prevention and detection of crime and to alleviate public fear of crime and to promote effective liaison between the public and the responsible authorities within the Sussex Police force area.

Management of land used as a nature reserve in Rotherfield, East Sussex

Providing a village hall for the benifit of the inhabitants of the village of Mayfield.

We make grants to help strict and particular baptist churches maintain their chapels.

Various fundraising activities to financially support Crowborough Citizens Advice. The activities include holding quiz evenings, membership of Prize draw; Supermarket charity collections, Summer cream tea and any other activities that will raise the profile of Citizens Advice and raise income.

To promote the understanding of natural history and archaeology by field work, education, research and lectures.

Promoting the conservation, protection and improvement of Beachy Head and surrounding area by virtue of a visitor centre.

We provide a weekly Day Care Centre service to a rural catchment area in Northern Rother based in the Northiam Villiage Hall. It provides a convivial environment helping to rekindle the "social spark" that has dimmed in some solitary folk. We incorporate an EXTEND exercise session into our day and provide a two course luncheon cooked on the premises, followed by stimulating speakers.

Giving grants to those in need in the parish

Women's Institute meetings and other activities in and around Beckley.

Provides opportunity, weekly for parents/carers and their children to meet. We provide play, craft and musical activities.

Working with local authority and the police to help to reduce thelevels of crime in the town by patrolling the streets resulting in a more peacefulenvironment, promoting community harmony and reducing violence. Helping people to reach the safety of their homes. Injured people will be helped to access hospitals if necessary.There is no charge for this service which is non-discriminatory.

Maintenance of nature reserves at Rotherfield, at Powdermill Wood (Battle), at Hooe Common (Bexhill), at Wainwright Close (St Leonards-on-Sea) and at Crowhurst (Hastings); guided walks and open days at these reserves.

Provide financial assisstance to local registered charities and the local branch of national registered charity, where funds are required for a specific Local project for the benefit of local members.

THE EMPHASIS IS ON HELPING THE M.E. INDIVIDUAL VIA CHRISTIAN PRAYER, ANECDOTAL TREATMENT ADVICE, VISITS AND POINTING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR BENEFIT CLAIMS. WE ALSO EDUCATE MEDICAL STAFF BY DISTRIBUTING UP-TO-DATE LITERATURE ON BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH AND TREATMENT GUIDELINES FROM A BIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE FROM LEADING WORLD M.E. EXPERTS.

To advance the Christian faith and the kingdom of God and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ for the benefit of the public in accordance with the doctrines of the church to advance the Christian faith (through, amongst other projects, Arms of Grace) mainly but not exclusively through: the establishment and operation of church missions, bible centres, public schools and social services centres.
