We have broadened the activities of the charities to give help & support to the bereaved, to help with the needs of any of our parishioners & to make newcomers to the parish feel welcome.

Make small Christmas gifts to those in the village that the trustees decide on.

Bledington Music Festival promotes three evening classical concerts each June. They are held in St Leonard's Church, Bledington. The artists performing also give workshops or mini concerts to the children of the village Primary School during the afternoon of their forthcoming concert.

For the general benefit of poor persons The elderly, or people with disability or special needs.

Income is available for ÔÇÿthe relief of poor persons resident in the Parish of Eastington either in gift in kind or grants of money: Provided that income shall not be applied directly in relief of rates, taxes or other public fundsÔǪÔÇÖ Sums of money not needed for immediate working purposes shall be invested.

The elected almoner visits anyone who the branch feels may need help irrespective of where they are, home or hospital and has individual authority to do anything needed to eleviate the problem.

Gives grants to individuals who live within the Parish of Harescombe, for the prevention/relief of poverty.

In furtherance of its aims to encourage involvement in regional heritage and archaeology, CBA South West produces two newsletters/journals and holds two or three open meetings each year.

The main object of the Society is to preserve and enhance the character of the parish of Chedworth, and to improve its appearance and amenities. This remit embraces many aspects of Village life, including historical interest, conservation, environmental concern, planning and housing development, and provision of amenities. The Society also promotes a strong social calender.

Activities are Chinese Cooking demonstration, Exercises, Chinese Folk dance and excursions.
