TO PROVIDE A SOUND AND BROADLY BASED EDUCATION FOR GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN (AND ALSO, IF SO DETERMINED BY COUNCIL, BOYS AND YOUNG MEN) IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES AND TO AFFORD FACILITIES FOR STUDY AND RESEARCH

The Trust provides support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We offer Nursing and Residential Care in around 50 homes in the Bristol area, as well as Supported Living, Short Breaks, Day Care and Home Care. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and to support people to achieve their own goals.

Provision of education to both boys and girls aged 3-18.

Education of boys and girls based on Christian principles. Encouragement of personal development in a culture of service to the school and wider communities.

For the public benefit, to provide support for adults with special needs by establishing and maintaining intentional communities of purpose where all may continue to develop as individuals through meaningful work of a productive nature, alongside a range of chosen therapeutic activities and further education, as well as a healthy cultural, social and spiritual life.

FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES UNTIL THE GOVERNING BODY OF KINGSWOOD SCHOOL SHALL OTHERWISE BY RESOLUTION DETERMINE AND THEREAFTER FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE METHODIST CHURCH AS THE CONFERENCE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY RESOLUTION DIRECT.

The DBF undertakes three principle activities:i. It funds cost associated with the vast majority of Church of England clergy in the diocese,ii. It is responsible for the custody and management of the synod's fundsiii. It provides services to other councils and committees within the diocese, primarily PCCs and schools.

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (registered charity number 1143118), formerly known as County Air Ambulance (1001064). The charity's mission is to provide patients with pre-hospital care and lifesaving intervention through its helicopter-led emergency medical services (HEMS).The charity covers Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

Lilian Faithfull Care is a registered charity providing person-centred care to older people across 6 residential homes in Gloucestershire.

The Charity's Objects are to advance the education of boys and girls by the provision of a day and/or boarding school in or near Bath and by ancillary or incidental educational activities and other associated activities for the benefit of the community.

The Charity principally provides education in Stonehouse to boys and girls from the ages of 2 - 18 in its two schools, the Preparatory School, including a Nursery department, and the Senior School; it also runs holiday courses for British and overseas students.

To provide care to elderly people in Gloucestershire through care homes specialising in residential, dementia and nursing care, together with intermediate, domiciliary and day care.Care in the community is also provided within Gloucestershire in hospitals and at home.

The advancement of the Roman Catholic religion throughout the Diocese of Clifton. The provision of pastoral and charitiable services in Roman Catholic parishes and within local communities. The provisoin of education through catholic and ecumenical schools and programmes of adult formation.

Operates Cotswold Chine School and William Morris School (both of which are special schools for children with complex learning needs) and Paradise House (a residential care home for adults with learning difficulties).

To provide education for boys and girls.

The principal activity of the School is to admit girls and boys throughout the entire range of 3 to 18 years on sound educational, social and financial grounds for the advancement of education including the doctrines and practice of the Church of England.

It provides residential treatment services, based in Gloucestershire, for people with substance dependencies, offering a wide programme of treatment, educational and training opportunities and resettlement. It also operates Women's Centres; Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol and Bridgwater and services in Wales and from HM Prison, to address the complex needs of women who are at high risk of offending.

Management and operation of a girls' senior and junior boarding and day school at its site in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol.

To provide assistance for socially deprived young people, particularly those aged from 16 to 25 years; to provide accommodation for homeless persons; to provide for those in financial need; and to provide care; support and resettlement advice to those in need or at risk
