The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Overton (the area of benefit) without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Andover Twenty1 is a parent-led Charity. Our purpose is to provide support to people with Down's Syndrome and their families, from birth and through school. We want our members to reach their potential, socially and academically. We support children and their families who live within a 25 mile radius of Andover including Newbury, Winchester and Salisbury as well as smaller towns and villages.

The purpose of the charity is to advance the education of pupils at RPS by developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school through raising funds, engaging in activities and providing facilities or equipment.

Services to the community:Information, Advice, Interpreting / Visiting, Victim support service, Networking with statutory and voluntary agencies.We hold weekly drop in sessions and monthly mass programmes, in the area of helping the elderly and their carers. We organise regular outing and festival celebration to the members.
