The Trust exists to raise funds to support Hitchin Girls' School in the provision of facilities and resources for the education of students at the school, and for use by the local community.

St Albans South Signal Box is a working museum bringing railway and signal history to our visitors and educating younger members of our community in the dangers of trespassing on the railway. Regular open days and group visits continued. The opportunity to extend the artifacts on display in the box and its gardens through purchases and loans means there is always something new to see for visitors.

To provide tuition in the French language in East Herts/surrounding area to bilingual children attending local schools with an existing knowledge and understanding of the French language to enable them to practice the French language as an extra-curricular activity to extend their written/oral linguistic skills and promote their understanding of the diverse cultures of the French speaking world.

The charity's purpose is to manage the Village Hall. In that respect it raises funds through various charitable events throught the year and through the letting of the hall. The funds raised are used for the upkeep and repair of the Hall.

THE CHARITY RUNS A HALL FOR DIFFERANT GROUPS TO USE IT

Male Voice choir promoting public education in music by presentation of choral concerts, participation in music festivals etc. Assists members by furthering their knowledge of music, especially male chorus music. Provides practical encouragement to young musicians, both vocal and instrumental. Raises money for good causes through concerts.

Maintenance and any necessary restoration of the Church of St. John The Baptist, Aldbury, Hertfordshire, together with its churchyard.

Presentation of concerts and other musical activities.

RAISING FUND FOR CUFFLEY SCHOOL

The Westfield Primary School Parent Staff Association (W1SPA) aims to raise money to provide the school with equipment and extras that enhance the school experience of the pupils who attend Westfield Primary School.

To advance the education of the pupils at St Paul's Church of England Primary School Langleybury by the provision of funds for the maintenance of the fabric of the School buildings and the grounds to include any future developments.

To further the work of the Church in Hertfordshire by the ringing of bells and to promote all aspects of bells and bellringing. To encourage the recruitment and training of bellringers and to advance the art of change ringing.

To support and supplement the activities of the school. Fund raising to enable the purchasing of additional equipment for the school. To run social activities for the school and the wider community.

WE PROVIDE EQUIPMENT FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN AT ARNETT HILLS SCHOOL IN RICKMANSWORTH.

Organize events involving Heavy Horses to raise money for the promotion of the breeds.

To raise funds for Thorley Hill Primary School in order to enrich the school community.Encouraging parents to become involved in the children's education.Developing links with the local community.

The charity runs summer camps for all ages to experience a simple life living as a Quaker community.

providing allotments for members, promote organic gardening, encouraging wildlife to grounds, working with nature.

The charity was organised as a social advice centre for the elderly. No activities have been carried on since loss of lease and closure of The Fern Room premises on 14 July 2018.

Raising funds to pay for school equipment

To raise money to provide equipment for use within the school and to provide funds for additional items / improvements needed at school. Events are normally fetes, quiz nights etc.

We consist of parent and teacher volunteers. Our primary objective is to a) raise funds to provide extra items for the school that the children will benefit from and b) to provide fun and exciting events that the children and their families will enjoy.

The purpose of The Friends of St. Giles is to possess the capital and income of theTrust Fund and of all contributions and subscriptions received and to apply them tothe preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement and ornamentation ofthe fabric of the Parish Church of St. Giles Codicote.
