We run 1 mini bus that has the capacity for 2 wheel chairs and 9 passengers. We organise trips shopping, theatre, London, museums etc for local disabled people. We organise coffee mornings, soup lunches and cream teas during the year. We also provide small grants to deserving cases.

Mamas in need was formed to help vulnerable and disadvantaged pregnant women and babies in the villages in Africa in particular but not exclusively to prevent maternal and infant mortality. Mamas in need provide services, equipment and other necessary items directed at improving their pre-natal and postnatal conditions of life. Mamas in need raise awareness of domestic violence and FGM.

The village hall provides a space for many community activities. The charity is responsible for maintaining the fabric of the hall and administering its use.

Quorum delivers its charitable purpose by holding regular choir rehearsals during school term time for members and performing concerts and ad hoc performances. Quorum offers membership to anyone who is able to pitch match, subject to a limit on numbers for each voice part.Quorum carries out these activities primarily in Hertfordshire but also more widely for example in London.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Reed without distinction of political religious or other opinions including use for lectures, meetings classes and other forms of recreation & leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

We stimulate public interest in the local area to promote high standards of planning, architecture and environmental quality. We hold public meetings with speakers on topical subjects. We award the Harpenden Society Plaque and environmental certificates for projects which enhance the local environment. We publish a quarterly newsletter. We provide information and advice to local residents.

Making available for hire an indoor space suitable for modest sized functions to the residents of the village of Gaddesden Row and the surrounding area. Organising social gatherings to be held within the hall, its grounds and the wider village as a means of fostering friendship and goodwill within the local community.

Support Girlguiding Rickmansworth & Chorleywood through providing finance for equipment mainly campi equipment.

In raising funds for this charity we have carried out the following activities:Football match, sponsored 10k walk, Dance Ball, picnics, shows, selling items, triathlon, survival of the fittest obstacle course.

- Sunday Church Service: which start with Sunday schoool for adult and children of all ages, the children have their class separate.- weekly Bilble study : which is digging deep and prayer meeting.- Every last Sunday of the month is Evangelism, going to the community to speak to people.

The Friends of Therfield Heath is a voluntary group working alongside the Conservators of Therfield Heath and Greens to promote and encourage the use of, and access to, Therfield Heath, including organising events, raising awareness of the related bye-laws and regulations and encouraging conservation protection, and improvement of the natural environment, and improved facilities for the users.

The conservation of native reptiles, amphibians and their habitats.

To act as a resource for young people with Special Educational Needs who attend The Blue Tangerine Federation schools by organising programmes of educational, training and other activities though The Blue Tangerine Charity.

Makes grants to organisations in which members of the Curtis family are interested.

Providing transport for the elderly and disabled in North Herts as required and providing a regular social club.

Fund raising at quarterly masonic meetings and for masters charity list during his year of office.

Raising funds to benefit the educational, recreational and development needs of the children of Stapleford School, Church Lane, Stapleford, Hertfordshire

To make grants to the PCC of St Nicholas Church, Stevenage for the sole purpose of the maintenance of the church building (which is grade 1A listed) and its grounds. St Nicholas is an active church within the Church of England.

The object is the relief of persons resident in the City of St Albans, as constituted prior to the Local Government Act 1972, who are in need, hardship or distress.

The three groups of charities provide in the area of benefit (the Ancient Parish of Berkhamsted St Peter) : (i) benefit to poor persons (ii) general benefit to the inhabitants (iii) benefit for "the sick poor".

Providing a range of informal education activities such as boating, camping, engineering, cooking and competitions.

Promotion of musical theatre singing, drama, and dance in the local community, and the performance of affordable music, drama and dance for the local community.
