General Charitable Purposes

To help the poor in the parish of Barnham

Giving grants to elderly residents for chiropody services

The object of the Charity is "to relieve, in cases of need, the sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, or infirm residents in the Ecclesiastical Parish of East Dereham (and Toftwood), by providing, or paying for items, services, or facilities, to alleviate their suffering, or assist in their recovery, in cases where assistance is not readily available from other sources".

Distribution of funds to village residents. These funds come from the income from the sale of land following the Enclosures Act during the 19th Century. The residents live in properties existing at that time.

Income from the let of a single grazing field on an annual basis.Local advertisment of the availablity of funds for the relief of hardship in Watlington.4 Trustee meetings are held each year in person. In the event of an urgent request for financial support, an extraordinary Trustees meeting may be held online.

Our association was formed in Norwich in 1898 to raise funds to rescue from the workhouse or a paupers grave any soldier sailoror marine, and to grant pecuniary aid to the widow of a deceased member of the association.we still adhere to those principles albeit in a modified form to this day funds permitting, the membership approve the grants to be awarded to those members in ill health .

Trustees manage the land and then hold the proceeds on trust until required by the Wramplingham Parochial church council for repairs.

Sporting and related activities within parish

To supply welfare support and social activities for serving and ex members of the Royal Air Force especially those in the Potter Heigham Area

Provision of allotment, market garden and agricultural land.

It seldom acts due to the very low income. It makes a donation to a local good cause when sufficient funds are available.

Town Lands Charity was set up for the relief of the poor of Crostwick parish.In the past it has paid for fuel bills for those most in need.At the present time we have been unable to identify needy parishioners.

None- Money Invested- Interest Received. Money from Old Highways Surveyors Land which was put into a charity.

Small Grants within the Parish for educational purposes

Working to provide a New Village Hall with some outdoor recreational facilities for the village of Easton.

Relief of poverty in the village of East Lexham.

Fund Raising by Friends, Family and Staff to support Vocational and non vocational curricular activities undertaken by the children at the school.

Raising funds for the up-keep of the fabric of the church

Aid for Methwold residents

To help any person that has learning disabilities and also to support the local groups that help people with learning disabilities

The objects of the Trust shall be to expand the range of live classical music performances available to the general public through the programme of concerts at the Old Granary Studio and at such other places as the Trustees may from time to time approve (by contribuing to the artists' fees for those concerts and by such other means as the Trustees may decide) to broaden public awareness.
