To advance the education and wellbeing of the pupils at the Cavendish School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the local education authority at the school.Our main activity in this area has been to seek donations from local business and groups towards funding work in the school.

Maintaining , and enhancing four areas of land owned by Scole Parish Council. Encouraging the improvement and spread of indigenous plants and wildlife. An outdoor classroom for the village primary school has been built and has been used on several occasions in the past year. The transfer to the trustees of an adjacent area of land, known as Stuston Pocket Park, has been completed.

The main activities have been to encourage Christians in Norwich to give to those in need by offering opportunities for practical service and to give both things and money, to offer practical and material support to those in need in Norwich.

Organising fund raising events for the school and providing funds for pupils further education which they cannot afford from their main school budget

Alive Leisure aims to promote for the benefit of the public and the residents of West Norfolk, the provision of facilities and activities for sporting recreation or other leisure time occupation including the advancement of the arts, culture or heritage, drama, creative dance and other charitable cultural activities for individuals with the object of improving their condition of life.

The trustees firstly administer the charity's income to include the repair and insurance of The Fishermen's Rest Room NR30 3AH. The remaining income is administered by giving hardship grants to people who have work in fishing, other than for sport or pastime, worked in connection with the beach and sea in the Gt. Yarmouth area, excluding those persons employed in the amusement or scavenging areas.

Helping individuals to enjoy trips to London shows, river cruises and silverstone circuits events.

To advance education including the education of orphans, widows, widowers and single parents in developing countries so as to promote social justice, equality and well being of people and the education of the general public throughout the world on the issues of poverty, ill health and injustice experience by groups mentioned above in parts of Africa, the UK or the world as the trustees think fit.
