Sing for your Life (South East) Ltd is dedicated to providing participatory singing programmes for older people. We provide the Silver Song Music Pod, which plugs in to a television. We have recorded original versions of popular songs from the past, which exclude long introductions and instrumental solos. The equipment enables us to alter the key and the tempo of the songs to suit the singers.

Provision of open space for recreation

The charity raises funds to improve facilities for disabled and disadvantaged sailors at Farmoor Reservoir. The initial project to be funded is a stable pontoon with wheelchair ramps and an electric lift so that less able sailors can get to their boats, and if necessary be hoisted into their boats. The facility for disadvantaged sailors is open to sailors over a wide area.

The advancement of education by the provision of assistance for students at the Oxford and Cherwell College under the age of 25 years to travel in countries outside the United Kingdom so that their education may be promoted by such travel.

The trust is currently still in the stage of developing a fundraising and financing strategy in order to fulfill the objectives delineated in the trust deed (namely: 1. The promotion of the Islamic faith for the public benefit, according to the practice and doctrines of the Shadhili order; 2. The advancement of education for the public benefit; and 3.
