The Cirsium Trust is a charity established to award grants to individuals and/or organisations in accordance with its charitable objects, principally in England, Wales and Scotland, and with a wide remit in terms of need and benefit but with environmental and conservation issues being central themes. The Charity is open to consider donations but not accept unsolicited grant applications.

The Charity will provide benefit by primarily supporting existing charitable organisations through grant making activity. This will assist existing charitable organisations to carry out their charitable work in the public benefit.

Since 2019, the ISM Members Fund has focused on delivering services and resources to help ISM members improve their physical, mental, and financial health. It operates mental health services including counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and offers a physiotherapy service, as well as discounted hearing protection and financial resources.

ICANN provide information and advocacy services across Lancashire. We support vulnerable people to give them a voice, empower, increase resilience, and improve their lives. Current projects include financial inclusion, advocacy for disability related benefits, in some areas we have a form filling service for benefits. ICANN also provide advocacy support at medical assessments, benefit tribunals

The Ecumenical Council for Corporate Responsibility's core charitable objective is to prevent and relieve poverty, and to advance environmental protection, human rights, conflict resolution, citizenship and community development, by promoting business ethics, corporate responsibility and ethical investment.

We support children and young people up to the age of 30 and their families affected by Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). We organise residential camps for children and days out for families. We are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. We work closely with health visitors to raise awareness and early diagnosis of NF1.

We give grants for course fees and essential study costs to OU students who are in financial difficulty and unable to receive financial assistance from government and university sources.

ASET is the UK professional body for placement and employability staff at HE and FE institutions. It has been the catalyst for the development of guidelines and the dissemination of best practice in many areas. It also seeks to champion the general concept of work-based learning. ASET offers support, advice, representation and strategic leadership to all professionals who work in the sector.
