CANCERactive is a charity that exists to provide information from all published scientific sources around the world so that people wanting to beat cancer can make more informed choices.

Sporting Wellness provides professional mental health support to representative sportspeople over the age of 16, across all sports. We also raise awareness of the importance of positive mental health in sport via our events, digital channels, partnerships and the ambassador athletes we work with.

Provides entertainment for children and young people in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.

The charity has provided and delivered treasure boxes to young children diagnosed with a brain tumour in the UK. Support has been offered and provided to the families of these children in the form of grants and family holiday accommodation. In the process of fundraising the charity has created awareness into childhood brain tumours and the effects on the child and their families.

To advance the education of the public in one-name studies, in particular but not exclusively by promoting public understanding of one-name studies, preserving and publishing the data from one-name studies and maximising accessibility of the data to interested members of the public.

Operation of the Alpine Club Library; providing care of - and access to - the Alpine Club's collections of historic books, papers, archives, artefacts, photographs, and paintings. Open to the public on several days each week except during the month of August and the Christmas - New Year holiday time; for fixed appointments.

Primarily helping university students with financial assistance to cover fees etc.
