The College is the professional governing body for Clinical Perfusion Scientists in Great Britain and Ireland. It holds the register and works to ensure that all registered Clinical Perfusion Scientists are fit to practice and uphold the standards and codes of conduct and ethics. It manages all matters of training and education as well as assessment and accreditation of perfusion centres.

1.Provide support to patients and their carers who have, or are suspected of having, PCD2.Bring PCD to the attention of medics and provide an up to date information service for them and the general public.3.To promote research to aid diagnosis and treatment of patients with PCD.4.Support the NHS and other bodies to ensure patients have access to diagnostic services and on-going care.

The trustees principally grant bursaries to final year drama students who are suffering financial hardship and who are nominated by their respective drama schools.Please note that we do not accept private applications for funding.

LCGB works to protect and support breastfeeding, in order to improve the health and wellbeing of families across the country through advocacy and by providing expert breastfeeding care. Founded in 1994 to serve as a professional voice for breastfeeding, LCGB also provides advanced education and training for infant feeding specialists.

The charity aims to link practical cattle breeding with science, to improve the quality and productivity of cattle breeding to benefit UK dairy and beef production by means of a conference, farm walks and publications. Publications are circulated to members, sections of the agricultural industry and the libraries of the Universities and Agricultural Colleges as well as published on the web.

The charity has continued to support and mentor individuals through financial, spiritual, mental and physical hardship, and advancing the Christian faith according to the charity's objectives.

Agal Wellbeing Services CIO supports those who are affected by mental health issues, domestic abuse and other relationship related issues within South Asian Community, in Tamil, Sinhalese, Hindi, Urdu and English. Agal offers up to 8 free counselling sessions and free domestic abuse support services. All our counsellors are registered with BACP. Counselling is available in-person and/or online.

The Showmen's mental health awareness charity works within the showmen community to break the stigma surrounding mental health. The charity works in three areas, crisis management, education and awareness. The main objective of the charity is to help prevent the suffering of all Showmen within the fairground industry.

The Rhodesian Ridgeback Welfare Trust (RRWT) gives a new life to Rhodesian Ridgebacks whose world has fallen apart and relieves the suffering of those in need of care throughout Great Britain. The lives of hundreds of Ridgebacks have been transformed in the twenty five years of its existence.

The PSE organises yearly a conference on Phytochemical Science for young researchers and one yearly conference in a European location organized by one of our members. Membership is open to researchers from all over the world.
