Delivery of training, reasearch and networking

Families Need Fathers is a self help charity which provides information and support on children's issues for separated and divorced parents (including unmarried parents), as well as grandparents, partners, friends, and the extended family. Our main concern is to maintain a child's relationship with both parents during and after family breakdown.

The Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN) offers education about alternative arguments about, proposals for, and problems concerning, basic income as idea, institution, and public policy practice. BIEN organises public conferences around the world on an annual basis and serves as a repository of published research.

The objects of the Council are to advance public education in the core subject of computer science and in the wider context of computing and its applications.

The charity supports bereaved parents through providing access to therapy/counselling free of charge; activities/services to help them remember their child that has died; and activities to help them remember to look after their emotional well-being. Ronnie Scott's Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of jazz education in the United Kingdom, and beyond. To advance such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time in particular, but not limited to, raising and distributing funds and gifting musical instruments to organisations and individuals that create or develop youth jazz programmes.

The income of the Fund is applied to promoting anthropology and specifically to the provision of scholarships. These are restricted to citizens of the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth and the Irish Republic.

The objectives of the Trust are to the relief of sickness and the advancement of children, who are sick, convalescent, disabled, or have learning disabilities.

(1) research and education in the treatment of persons suffering from chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and related disorders; and (2) relief of such persons by (a) development and provision of policy guidelines for such treatment, and (b) promotion of communication and exchange of information between research groups and healthcare professionals.

The Trust takes a proactive approach in its donation strategy and makes direct approaches to charities it wishes to support, in the context of its objects. It does not therefore invite unsolicited external applications.

Supporting, both within the UK and internationally, research and educational projects with concerns around equality, diversity and democracy, and supporting educational activities that raise public awareness and understanding of struggles and movements for peace, human rights and labour rights.

The activities of the Highland Society of London are to promote and support the traditions and culture of the Highlands of Scotland and to maintain a membership of individuals to support the Society's activities.

Our charity being a Christian body is mainly involved in activities which seek to advance the Christian faith by meeting and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ as is stated in the Bible. Our main functions are to raise funds through our members donations.
