Our Charity welcomes in desperate young people who are suffering from the strains of life and may previously have turned to drug, alcohol or substance abuse. The main activity of the charity is raising funds through donations and fund-raising activities in order to fund specialised research into the conditions of VHL, BHD and HLRCC at centres of excellence in the UK and Ireland.The charity also provides personal support through telephone and social media to patients and carers with the above conditions and maintains a web-site.

GRI-UK works to drive research into treatments and cures for GRI Disorders (GRIA, GRID, GRIK, & GRIN); Support families so that those diagnosed can lead the best life possible; Raise awareness of GRI disorders within UK heath systems to enable better diagnosis/treatment; and Bring together a range of partners to make the UK a centre of excellence for finding treatments and cures to GRI conditions.

Annual conference and study days, executive meetings 3 times a year and work on promoting education of health professionals in student health centres, attending other conferences throughout the year.To relieve sickness and promote the highest possible level of health for the individual and collectively for all who study and work in Universities.

The society was founded in 1963 to promote interest in the life and work of Sir Nigel Gresley. Meetings are held in the spring and autumn, at various locations, when there are talks by well known speakers. The Trustees administer the charity in accordance with the objectives of the trust deed. The Trustees make grants to registered charities. There is a separate Cancer Fund within the charity the income of which is used to support charities involved in any major way with cancer treatment, research or relief.

The objectives of OAGB are to relieve sickness and preserve and protect the physical, mental and emotional health of people suffering from compulsive eating and to advance public education about compulsive overeating and this method of recovery.

Focused on rare salivary gland cancers such as Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, we provide information and support to people affected by, treating, or researching these conditions. We organise regular networking meetings and provide the opportunity to input into ground-breaking research projects and donate to the biobank. We are working to develop and improve access to, the newest targeted therapies.
