The BSAP Trust supports members and their families and/or dependants of the BSAP Regimental Association (of the UK Branch). It administers welfare and counselling where required and has an almoner service to counsel on and investigate the needs of those with disabilities and financial hardship who qualify for support within its remit.

Provides support to children and adults affected by 1p36 deletion syndrome and their families in the UK, in particular, but not exclusively, by arranging a conference every other year to share research and practice concerning management of symptoms, treatment and sharing educational content about 1p36 deletion syndrome.

We help Christian faith based charities and churches to become trauma informed so that they can be welcoming, accesible places for those who have experienced adversity. We do this by providing training, resources and consultancy.

In summary, the charity prevents or relieves the financial hardship of current and former comedy professionals (and their spouses, civil partners and dependents) who have become unwell, by raising funds and distributing such funds to such people. To qualify for assistance such comedy professionals must (inter alia) live (or have lived) in the UK.

The object of the charity is, for the public benefit, the advancement of the Christian faith through working with ambulance services and the wider health care sector in which ambulance professionals work.
