Frome Branch of the Royal Naval Association provides social, financial and welfare support for all serving and ex serving RN, RM, QARNNS, WRNS and their reserves and includes all ranks and ratings.

The charity exists to relieve patients and former patients of the hospital and generally to support its charitable work.
