Rowan Romania is a UK charity that is committed to supporting adults with special needs in a long-stay psychiatric hospital in Zarnesti, Romania.

The Parish Hall is maintained by a group of Volunteers, it is hired out to various organisations throughout the week and social events are held throughout the year by local people in the parish. Our main role is to ensure everything runs smoothly and that enough funds are available for maintaining the hall and keeing it in good repair.

Events and fundraising for Catcott Primary School.

EYV is a body that supports young people on and around the environs of the Exmoor National Park. Due to planning restrictions young people find it very difficult to stay and work in the National Park. EYV has been set up to support these young people and negotiate with local authorities to find a lasting solution to this problem.

This includes translations from Russian of texts by Russian human rights activists and organisations, as well as other texts about human rights in Russia, and original contributions, including articles, podcasts and video interviews.

The charity exists for the public benefit by providing by providing meeting space for hire. Exford Memorial Hall (Exford Village Hall) is a key local venue and is used for a wide variety of community events. The hall is used by many local groups as well as the village primary school for bi-weekly PE classes and also for many fundraising activities in the village.

Raise money for our school and its children.

The charity was set up to address the physical and mental well-being needs of the farming and wider rural community of Greater Exmoor. It offers free drop-in clinic at the livestock market at Wheddon Cross coinciding with monthly cattle and sheep sales. The clinics are staffed by NHS professionals and volunteers from local farming and community based charities.

Funds raised during Frome Carnival are used to help the poor, sick and needy of the town and local parishes. We work closely with other charities such as Lions and Rotary in a wide variety of cases.

Assisting the Homeless in Devon & Somerset.

The Association was formed with the aim of furthering interest in the period 1914-1918, to perpetuate the memory, courage and comradeship of those of all sides who served their countries in France, Flanders, other theatres, and in their own countries during the Great War. It does not seek to justify or glorify war. It is not a re-enactment society nor is it commercially motivated.

We are the Parents, Teachers and Friends Association for Avanti Park school. We work to strengthen relationships between staff, parents, and the wider community of Frome. We organise fund raising activities and community gathering events. We donate the money we raise to fund activities, facilities and equipment that will enrich the education and wellbeing of the children at the school.
