Maintenance of village green for public use

The advancement of the education of the public in the study and art of music with special reference to liturgical and organ music.

To aid those in receipt of education to pay for items or tuition they would not otherwise be able to afford. e.g. Travel costs, musical instuments. To further the possibilities of education.

The Charity provides a lunch and 2 tea parties free of charge for seniors of the village of Winterslow every year. It also provides Christmas gifts for the same people.

Children's ministry, aged peoples homes ministry, agricultural show witness and counsellingsupport for smaller churches and ministers, teaching and training for Christian workers and correspondence courses for beginners and adults. Overseas aid, supplying literature. Area is Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Bristol, Avon, India, The Philip pines, Thailandand Malawi.

Practical conservation management by volunteers on Wiltshire Nature reserves. We work on wildlife sites managed by the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, the Woodland Trust, Natural England, the National Trust and private individuals. Sites may be meadow, downland, woodland or wetland. Activities are open to all.

The objectives of the society are:- 1. To compile lists of the flora and fauna of the district, 2. To study the natural history, culture and history of the district, 3. To make a photographic record of the district, 4. To promote the conservation of the flora and fauna of the district. The society arranges lectures and field meetings, and publishes a monthly bulletin of its findings.

Womens Institute part of the National WI.

Monthly meeting usually with invited speaker. Take part in WI quiz/skittles. Organised walks. Enter WI competitions. Send delegates to county and national WI meetings. Social Events.

Support for students living in Chippenham and the Parish of Chippenham Without

Raising funds in support of Surgery and to assist in purchasing new equipment for the benefit of patients, also organising social activities to do same.

The charity makes grants out of its small investment income

Koalas provides support information and advice for families who have children with special needs/disabilities. At the same time we provide a pre-school setting for the children, working in partnerships with families and professionals we plan for the individual child's development and help them achieve their individual goals through the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The charity gives an annual grant to Sarum College, which now houses the books which formed the Sowter Clerical Library when it was ran as a separate entity.

Our main regular activities are: Advice Work, Admin, Educational Classes for the Pakistani/Asian community in Swindon. Liaising and working with local voluntary groups/ local authorities for mutual causes within wider community within Swindon & Wiltshire.. We also focus on development for culture and arts for all ages. Helping disadvantaged children and the disabled/elderly.

Maintaining and improving Little Bedwyn Playing Field and associated woodland and making it available for a variety of local activities for the benefit of residents of Little Bedwyn and Chisbury

To provide a space for the communities of Allington and Boscombe villages to use for recreational purposes.
