Creative Minds provides music workshops that help to empower individuals who face social exclusion,based at Mildmay House in liverpool which is a homeless hostel we work alongside various organisations across merseyside providing one to one tuition,we aim to inspire and engage people in the creative process,to provide them with the tools show them how to use them and let them find their voice.

In offering a wide curriculum, based on National guidlines, and working towards achieving good grades in GSCE and A Level examinations, and vocational qualifications we aim to provide a learning enviroment that is stimulating as well as safe and secure.The advancement of the education of children and young people aged 5 to 18.For any other charitable purpose for the benifit of the brethren.

The Merseyside Yemeni community Association provides social, cultural and lifestyle enhancing activites, and work in partnership with a wide range of different organisations.Our aim is to increase the number of services for people from Minority Ethnic, Disability, faith communities, other excluded groups which promote cohesive and inclusive communities agencies to help People to access services

The Foundation aims to promote and provide for the advancement of education; in particular to assist and support the education of students at Pensby High School. Funds released to the school will be used directly to increase the provision of teaching and learning for students at Pensby High School.

We provide artists with a friendly non judgmental place to show their work. Up to 20 exhibitions are staged each year of which at least 3 are open where a theme is set and artists can submit up to 3 works. There is no selection process for these since we feel that having produced a work it should be exhibited. The gallery is run at cost entirely by by volunteers who take little or no expenses.

We continue to provide swimming sessions and offer professional coaching if required, the club could not function without the support of volunteers and trustees for which we are grateful. We organise trips and events and any profit we make is kept in the bank until required for equipment.
