We hold various events such as a quiz night, fashion show, provide refreshments at school events all to raise money to support the school in providing prizes for prize day and equipmet for Departments etc.

All parents of children attending St. Mark's CE Primary School in Cold Ash are automatically members of the School Association. A small number of volunteers drawn from this group are named Trustees who meet regularly to plan fundraising activities to benefit the school such as the Christmas Fayre, quiz nights, school discos, textile collections and the Summer Fete.

We are a parent-teacher association. Our activities are fund raising to benefit the pupils of the school.

Charlie's Gift is a Hertfordshire based charity which provides grants of money to support children living within Herts, Beds and Bucks who face challenges in life because of health issues, special needs, bereavement or poverty. We organise many fund raising social events throughout the year and also raise funds through sponsored sporting activities.

The charity oversees the renovation, maintenance, display and operation of items in its collection at several heritage railways and centres. It raises funds for this purpose through donations, grants, steaming fees and other means. It further researches the history of items in its collection and makes this information available on its web site and other media channels.

FUND RAISING TO IMPROVE SCHOOL FACILITIES

The principal activities of the charity involve holding social events to raise money to keep the premises going and to finance improvements to the Centre. The premises are open every Friday night as a 'social club'. Other regular events include coffee morning on Thursdays, and a well attended Bingo evening held on Wednesdays. The Centre is available for room hire. Seasonal events are also held.

Planning, commissioning, fundraising, obtaining permission for the erection of, and managing the erection - and care and maintenance of a public artwork in Bedford Park commemorating the life and works of WB Yeats and his connection with the area, together with publicising and providing information and education about WB Yeats's work and the importance of Bedford Park in his development.

We run charitable fundraising events such as christmas and summer fairs, cake sales, quiz night and school disco's for the pupils to raise money. This money is then used to directly benefit the pupils of Earlsfield Primary School by financially supporting school trips and providing facilities and equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

To advance the education of pupils at Stockport Grammar School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School. This is achieved by organising activities and social events to raise funds which are used to make grants to provide equipment and bursaries.

We raise money by holding both social and fundraising events at our school. The money we raise goes towards classroom and playground equipment. The main items purchased this year were technology for the school. Contributions are also made towards shortfalls on school trips, year 6 leavers bible, literacysupport and arts & crafts for school.

Fund Raising

Group of young people who organise various activities and raise money for many different charities

Church services are on Sundays at 11am. We hold coffee mornings, open days, meditation sessions, and social events to raise awareness of Unitarianism and to raise funds. We also fundraise through our charity shop on Hall Gate. The church supports a number of local organisations that help vulnerable communities.

The Friends of Clare Mount raise funds and support activities that will benefit the students of Clare Mount Specialist Sports College. Our aim is to compliment the work of the school and work closely with teaching and support staff to meet the identified needs of the students.

St Martin of Tours is a parish church, serving a community of approximately 3000 residents. Weekly services are held, collective worship with the children from West Coker Primary School are held in the church once a month, Baptisms, Marriages and Funerals take place throughout the year. Fundraising events such as musical concerts and festivals, brass band rehearsals take place.

Hope Uganda (HUG) is the UK administrative and fundraising arm for Rainbow Hope Centre in Lukaya district of Uganda. The aim of the charity is to build a Children's Centre in order to accommodate, feed and educate children who were homeless and or orphans.
