Bexhill-on-Sea Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International. Their purpose is to serve local communities and the principles to which clubs must adhere include acting to benefit the public interest. All monies raised by fundraising are spent supporting good causes (often registered charities, but also including charitable grants to individuals and organisations).

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTIVE IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF SOHO PARISH SCHOOL BY I) DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF AND PARENTS, II) FUND-RAISING, RUNNING ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDING FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT. IT DONATES TO THE SCHOOL FOR SPECIFIC WISH LIST ITEMS. FUNDING IS RAISED AT FAIRS AND SOCIAL EVENTS, THROUGH REGULAR DONATIONS BY PARENTS AND ONE-OFF DONATIONS BY OTHER BENEFACTORS.

Headrock Dogs Rescue raises money to provide grants to dog charities in the UK and abroad. Money is raised through Facebook campaigns and fundraising raffles/tombolas outside shops locally.

St Anthony's PSA's mission is to enrich the lives of the school community by hosting school events and by fundraising for the purchase of activities, equipment and other items outside the school's budget.

Activities include giving presentations to organisations such as schools, churches and clubs in the UK to encourage them to hold fundraising events. Also donations are paid into the designated bank account by indivduals on a monthly basis.

The Friends of Bowes PTA is a PTA organisation at a community primary school. We hold fundraising activities throughout the school year to raise money to assist with school equipment, funding school trips and engendering community activity within the school.

Raising funds to support the daily maintenance of the village hall for the benefit of the local community. Organise events which is supported by the elderly, the disabled and local children who attend the Kindergarten classes or may live in the village together with the villagers.

The provision of an adult hospice to serve Louth and the surrounding towns and villages. The provision of hospice at home care and also day care to allow a break for carers. Fundraising to this end via public activities and donations together with fund raising via subsidiary charity shops.
