FKC raises funds in the UK to support orphaned, abandoned and/or destitute children in the Lodwar and Eldoret regions of Kenya, working through a Kenyan registered school active in these areas. The charity seeks to provide maintenance and education for the children and where necessary to assist also the communities and families in which they live and receive family care.

Fund raising concerts

For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of cats in need of care and attention, and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such cats.Funding comes from donation, legacies and fund raising events. We are situated in South Shropshire but cover Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.

We hold various events and activities which raise money for St. Martins Infant and Junior Schools, Epsom. These include a Christmas Fair, firework night, discos, film/quiz nights, raffles, second-hand uniform sales and family photo days. The money raised is used to buy extra equipment (eg.for playground/PC/laptops) and activities (eg. tennis lessons) for the children at St. Martins

The PTA works with school parents, teachers and the school leadership team to organise events which build school the community and fundraise in order to purchase goods and services (not required to be provided by the local education authority) to help the education of the pupils at St Michael's CofE School.

To utilise the yacht Maiden to raise funds for charities who facilitate the education of girls who would not otherwise receive a formal or vocational education and to encourage them to remain in education throughout their teenage years, enabling them to reach their full potential encouraging girls into STEM subjects, raising funds for girls education, facilitate mentoring for them

Fundraising in order to purchase equipment for the Special Care Baby Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan. We provide financial help for parents who have babies who spend a considerable amount of time in the Unit, that do not get financial assistance from the state. We provide things that the hospital funds do not cover. We receive donations from the public.

Community activities - Charity fundraising events (shows, sales), dance lessons, fitness classes, choirs, pre-school group, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, young farmers meetings & dinners, annual village show. The hall is rented by villagers for weddings, parties and other private functions.

The aim of Bolton Lions Club, is to raise money through various activities, such as galas, raffles, fetes and other fund raising events, funds are also boosted through donations given. The club will look favourably at any request for aid (cash or manpower) and in most cases, these requests are granted.
